  Also a trick I learned is after you get that white gasket out and everything off on top you can tap it on both sides and it will fall thru so you don’t have to pull it thru underneath.

  You did it incorrectly.. you should have set it on the table and not hold it. You squeezed it from the side first. It should be center towards outwards.

  Mate you did 2 things wrong here, firstly the measurement was from behind the tape you measured it manually from the front. Also why didn’t you show the laser level on the wall? Word of advise learn how to do proper tutorials or don’t do videos.
