Perhaps also it would be help to provide specifc strengths, needs, personal challenges (barriers) and solutions that the family provided and plans to do to address any issues. Our plans and documentation should always be family centered, strength based and solution focused. I know documentions and report must sound legal and professional. I think you did a good job with your notes. I would like to see more of what the family is experiencing reflected. Its how we measure progress in their service plans.

Vegans Living Off the Land hi, sometimes people don't recognise domestic violence especially when it's emotional or financial so dv education is relevant in most cases. So i do both referrals, information share and dv education. I may make a video on this later. Xx

I don't know if you'll see this but it gave me quite the chuckle. So, your fictional clients kids' are named Karen and Kyla. Then you said Karen and Kayla. My name is Kyla and people constantly call me Kayla, and I'm glad to know the other Kyla's of the world are having their names mispronounced, too, hahahaha! Fantastic video and so helpful!
