That is why the air is so clean. I used to live near and you really are unable to ride through town by car. So when you go there by car, you park one the side of town and walk in or go further by bike.

My husband and I went to house on the rock with no idea of what it would be. We went to visit my parents and they insisted we go, but refused to tell us anything about it before hand. So we went. It was like an acid trip. Its like, you think it's going to be a museum, but every new room you enter just gets weirder and weirder until you feel like you've lost your mind. And it's HUGE.

I lost it at "yes we paid taxes, but we call it foreign aid. We've seen their roads..." 🤣🤣🤣🤣 The shade was too real

mini chou I’d love to live there now. It reminds me a little of where I live in southern Louisiana. We have roads, but there are some areas with small communities that can only be reached by boat. My dad grew up in one, but it has pretty much been destroyed due to rising waters and loss of wetlands. 😞

I went there and went over all the canals with a small boat, it was beautiful, it seems like an amazing place to live. You should definitely visit it at least once, it’s so beautiful :D

@@mugnuz I live in Mumbai. Been to Shani Shingnapur a couple of times. Shingnapur is really like what's shown in the video. I couldn't imagine this happening in my city. lol. One thing which they didn't tell you in the video is that yes. Theft can happen but it is believed that the thief won't be able to leave the town no matter how hard he tries. My dad was a witness to this when they caught a thief on a bus which was leaving the town. Might be a coincidence, who knows.

I wanna live in Giethoon. It's full of greenry, water and amazing scenery.. It's so pretty!!

I really like the last one. Shows the positive power of having faith in the system. Trust leads to more trust, and deception, to more deception. My economics teacher was talking about how in the Soviet Union people believed the purpose of business was to deceive people, and so it became. And who needs roads? ...Until you need to transport things at a high speed for a large-scale project.

Sadly you did not tell the history of Giethoorn. It did once have roads but they were flodded (going back hunderds of years ago). I love this place though, we live close by and visit every year

The House on the Rock looks creepy yet intriguing

Giethoorn looks amazing! I absolutely love boats. Several years ago, I visited a small community in Mississippi that has a couple of tiny roads, with driveways to the houses. But the main mode of transportation is boating, via a series of canals that run behind (or in front of) the houses. And the houses are absolutely adorable! Perfect landscaping everywhere. It felt like an idyllic place to live, where life moved at a slower pace, and everyday was Sunday. Several of the residents I spoke to said that many of them are retired or work from home.

I rather have the president of Molossia run the United States than Trump.

I have already visited Shani Shingnapur, Maharashtra, India several years ago. Lord Shani is a Hindu God, Saturday belongs to Lord Shani . It is a holy Black Stone worship by locals and devotees all over the country. At least this devotion led to crime free society, this is a most important thing.

I don’t see how anybody could disrespect these beautiful people! I don’t care what people think when it comes to religion… These people are clearly doing something right. It doesn’t even matter. Even if people think their God is not real, it does not matter! Clearly what they are doing, works! Plus that, if you believe in something enough, I think it is created somewhere. I am very impressed. 4 to 500 years? Amazing. Beautiful. I would love to go visit these people. We need to learn from them. Something they are doing, is working

They really should have explained the Infinity room at The House on the Rock. The 200' long room has glass walls and hangs over a cliff that itself is 150' tall. The view of the surrounding valley is gorgeous, especially in autumn.

my husband and i once were cruising a boat through Gieethorn canals, and it took us 3 hours to finally reach the open water! such a kewl experience!

Wish they would've gone to *HELL* !!!! Hell Michigan that is! Real town in Southeastern Michigan, has like 3 buildings in it. Fun little area with a bar/restaurant, general store/post office and a Ice "scream" Shop.

I unironically love most of these places. Like I live in Wisconsin, so after this pandemic I hope I can go to experience it. I can also speak some welsh, so I automatically love that town.

When the video got to the house on the rock and I saw all the trinkets and antiques, my brain box just stopped in its tracks and my heart just smiled as big as the moon. It looks so dream-like and whimsical and oh my god, I need to visit it right now. I don’t think I’ll be able to visit it, but oh, one can dream. Anywho, great video!

I absolutely love the house on the rock it really is a magical place. it was a place my family visited almost every year when I was younger then we would go to Wisconsin Dells and go camping or to a hotel and off to the water parks
