***A couple of corrections** The Cowy Road bridge opened in 1958 not 1948 as stated. The Guinness Book of Records started in 1955 and that is when the recognised the smallest house in Great Britain. Not 1920 as stated *** Thanks Conwy is a wonderful place to visit. Always enjoyed travelling in Wales. Went the first time that I holidayed in Britain at the behest of my old expat Welsh mate but returned on pretty well all subsequent trips by personal choice. Countryside, castles and old toy railways bring back great memories.

Thrilled to see another series in Wales! It is so beautiful and picturesque on top of charming as all get out! No one covers an area as well as you do, with such well shot videos, very interesting historical stories as well as lovely music. The shots of details in the building locations as well as the shops enticing wares, gives one such a satisfying feeling of "being there". Thanks for sharing your travels, I always look forward to viewing each and every one of them! Cheers!

Yes the weather can be a pain in Wales. We had a mixed week and count ourselves lucky it was dry and sunny for a few days out of the 7 days.

Conwy definitely one of the best preserved wall-town in Wales and the UK as a whole. Went through the entire wall, a great walk though, another castle town- Caernarfon is nearby a gateway to Snowdonia though, also the Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch, the longest place name in the country not far from it

Lovely video. It was interesting to hear about Conwy being an area that produced pearls (from oysters). That was new to me. However after that it got a bit confusing as you then jumped to referring to todays fishing industry producing mussels.

Terrific job, Simon and Will! So much information and history, plus wonderful views. I love the colorful Welsh flags. I'd definitely want to brush up on the language a bit before traveling there, so I'd have some chance of pronouncing the place names well enough to be understood.

Another excellent video but The Guinness Book of Records was first published in 1955, so it couldn't have recognised the smallest house in 1920.

Ah good to know I just assumed that’s when they did it. I guess it must have just been accepted as the smallest house in 1920 and then they added it to the book in 1955. Good catch!

Conwy is indeed a very beautiful place. We have spent many a happy holiday there. The cable car trip featured though is a bit of a rip off at £13 and a £4 toll on the road I think we would pass on. Wales is sadly going to shoot it's self in the foot if it gets to commercial.

The modern Conway Bridge was actually built in 1958 not 1948 and the embankment by the River Conway is credited to Thomas Telford. I do wish you would put the measurements in feet first. The metric ruins a good narration. Nearby on the river they did the Mulberry Harbour in preparation of the D Day landings during WWII. It was on the River Conway down river opposite Deganwy. There's nothing to see there but there is an information board. It was in the first deries of Coast with Nick Crane.

I’ve always hated the railway bridge at Conway. It totally spoils the view of the castle. There could have been some great train photographs taken over the past hundred years if it wasn’t encased in.
