I expected to see these comments once I sorted by newest 🤣 but y’all, the amount of attempts he went through must have taken him hours upon hours, and the mode was considered one of the hardest at the time due to primitive strats. The man must’ve been graying his hair over attempting to beat it, and the community (including me) was half expecting him to post a video on it as well. I know he probably felt bad cheesing it… but for all the good times and amazing videos he’s brought us over these years I’d instantly forgive him because I know he’s not really in his heart trying to be a billy mitchell; only just an entertainer.

For those comparing the current accusations to the previous Dream cheating speed run situation from 3 years ago, note that the odds of Dream getting the drops that he did were around 2 x 10^22 according to Stand-up Maths calculations in his video on it which is 2 with 22 zeros behind it. In the same video, he gives an example of a real life very lucky occurrence that had very low odds with Patricia Demauro in 2009 rolling 154 non-sevens in a row in Craps the gambling game. The odds of that were 1 in 1.4 x 10^12 or 14 with 11 zeros following it. It was given to show just because something has low odds, doesn't mean that they cheated but the odds of Dream's luck were so much smaller than Patricia's odds that his luck is questionable, especially when put up against the odds of his luck in a situation where everyone in the world for 100 years straight played Minecraft. The odds of at least one instance of that type of luck is 1 in 3 x 10^19. More likely than Dream's luck making his drops practically guaranteed to be cheated. With Markiplier and his odds with the movement of the Toy animatronics, the odds that the toys would not show up in the last 18 seconds of this 10/20 run in the best possible circumstances (the toys being the farthest away from the office), TheBones5 calculated it to be 1/524,288 or 0.0001907% or 1 in 5.2 x 10^5 odds which is far more likely than Patricia with Craps and FAR FAR more likely than Dreams odds. Granted, this is given the best starting situation. But also take into consideration that TheBones5's math was wrong. In the comment section of a now unlisted AstralSpiff Extras video of him reacting to TheBones5's accusation, a commenter notes that TheBones5 did math wrong and Markiplier's chances would be 5 times higher than what he previously claimed making the odds in the most favorable scenario be 1 in 1.05 x 10^5 or 1 in about 100,000. TheBones5 plans to make an updated accusation video and that is why he asked AstralSpiff to unlist the video. Given the math side of things, Markiplier's are not suspicious at all. Given the other oddities such as the crossfades are circumstantial evidence at best. Mark's reaction seemed genuine and is in line with other 20 mode completions. Editing can evolve and change. In the FNAF 2 playthrough, Mark uses crossfades constantly to get rid of empty space of gameplay. Also, when The Bones5 mentions that Mark's transition from the menu to the custom menu only exists in his FNAF 2 10/20 playthrough, giving him ample time to edit files or whatever, this can be easily explained: FNAF 1 4/20- That video is not really edited (IT has zero transitions other than the outro song and no failed attempts as the failed attempts would be a separate video) it is just a section of his video file from the intro all the way to Mark saying "Bye Bye" and then the outro song. FNAF 2 10/20- completely different with failed attempts for teh majority of it and many crossfades/transitions. FNAF 3 Aggressive nightmare Mode- like the previous max mode video, full of failed attempts for the majority but an explanation why he didn't xrossfade from between main and challenge menus is because of his webcam not recording ad him fixing that and him talking about how he has a flight he has to catch even mentioning on the chalenge menu screen that because of his lack of webcam, he could have put on cheats to make it easier. FNAF 4 Night 8 or 4/20 mode- Full of failed attempts but after completing the night he had lore bits he had to talk about that he was saving for after he beat the challenge and he probably had to say it so he wouldn't forget, also he doesn't even go off the main menu for this game so 'MaYbe ThaTs M0rE suSpicioUS ANd hE cheAtED oN FnAF 4' or maybe its because the bitrate decrease from the static of FNAF 4's menu isn't nearly as extreme as something like FNAF 2's static. He has shown in the past such as with UCN when to through in the towel. The 3 stars thing is a giant leap to fulfill a cheating narrative. I'm not saying that he did not cheat for sure, but given the math, the editing and the character and reaction of Mark in the video, in the FNAF 2 playthrough as a whole, in other FNAF 20 mode completion videos, and any other video where he mentions or alludes to the difficulty of the FNAF 2 10/20 mode, etc. The evidence given cannot conclude that he cheated without a doubt. Don't listen to everything you hear and do your own research before hopping on a bandwagon. I hope TheBones5's updated accusation video and paper will not contain math that can has such obvious flaws that a KZread comment can debunk it on and actually give proper context that doesn't mislead people into thinking that certain odds are conducive of cheating when they are no where near that unbelievable or that certain editing methods such as the infamous crossfade that only cheaters use mean anything.

@@marionbaggins yes he did. no toy animatronics were in the final completion clip that he crossfaded to, meaning all the toys must have failed their movement opportunities, a 1/524,288 chance. Further more, he gets a third star on the menu after completion, only gained through beating 4/20. He then crossfades to the custom night page, something he has never done. Yes i got this info from the bones5 vid, but he def cheated it and ion blame him.

Mad respect for Mark and anyone else who beats 4/20 or 10/20 modes. I don't have the patience for it, nor do I want to ruin the novelty by playing it for hours on end and not getting paranoid anymore. But I'm happy enough to watch them do it, live vicariously for a minute, and then go back to my own game in a few days. XD
