I love that last part about it tries to find your weakness in an attempt to make you stronger. So true!! I never thought of it that way. Great stuff man! Keep it up!

Just bought another bag. I loved my brute force sandbag that I bought during the pandemic. Unfortunately I don’t know what happened to my original bag. Excited to use the brute force training bags again.

Great video. I just got my new sand bag today. Filled it up with some washed sand and carried it to my workout area. And I was already thinking about selling it 😂 Really appreciated the mindset tips

On the balance part, you could also step over to the other side of the bag. Instead of spinning the bag around
