Exactly, the subs are not good enough at this level now. Playing Kiwior on the 1st leg against Bayern was a bad move. I honestly believe if tomiyasu started that game, we would have gotten a better result and came into the Allianz with an advantage. We need to recruit in the summer transfer window.

Sincerely its gonna be difficult but not impossible. So sad Arsenal haven't had a trusted bench. Lost to Villa when Mikel made 2 changes. If Arsenal can win Chelsea and Hotspurs on the row it will pump in the belief among the players but Eddie, Nelson, ESR and Elneny should pack their bags before the season ends.

All the best. I only worry Odegard and Rice are getting too much game time. I feel like in the last two games we've sort of dropped a level in the second halfs. Which is a shame, because Partey and ESW are excellent and are able to bring something in the last 30min. With the high energy demanding game Arteta is practicing, I'm afraid they'll run out of steam.

ESR and Partey are far from excellent they all need to be moved on this summer including Nketia and Nelson. The fact that Arteta would rather player a tired Saka/Rice/odegaard then put them in tells you that he also subsconsciously knows they not good enough

Bottling the league twice, getting embarrassed twice by the worse Bayern side in 20 years, spanked by Aston Villa and Fulham home and away and winning nothing for 4 years running is 'progress' Only at small club Arsenal

We need to upgrade the entire left hand side of the team. Sell zini , loan out kiwior, buy another left back and keep tomi and timber as backup fullbacks. We then need a proper lcm , we haven’t replaced xhaka at all and it’s affected martinelli a lot. Martinelli I’m willing to give him another season to develop. We all thought trossard would cause martinelli to wake up and fight but they both don’t seem to nail down that spot.

As an arsenal fan /supporter for many decades I hope we win it, but history reveals we will lose half the remaining games. It’s not bottling it… it’s a lack of quality squad depth. 3 games in a week destroys that top level performance of a player. That’s why city win the trophies .. they can share the quality workload amongst many brilliant players.

It would end up being bottling (in the league) if Arsenal capitulate from now and lose 3 more games.

I think given the injuries Wolves have, Arteta should manage the squad methodically. I'd either give the likes of Rice, Odegaard, Saka and Havertz 20-30 minutes at the end of the game or tell them to get the job done by half-time and then rest them in the 2nd half. We cannot play them for 90 minutes and fatigue them for Chelsea in the week. Also can anyone explain why it is that we play Tuesday against Chelsea and Liverpool play on Wednesday whilst the cheating scum City don't play until Thursday??? I smell a rat!
