Steve, you make it seem as if someone like me could learn to do all of this bodywork stuff. You explain and show the reasoning behind what you are doing. Very much appreciated and a joy to watch. Thanks mate!

Nice to see the 911 back, looking forward to the bit when you convert it from a Targa to a Coupé.

Hi Steve, I do enjoy these updates on the projects that you and Ryan put out. You are a talented bunch. What I am learning is that while the overall job is daunting, if it is taken a step at a time with a good dose of patience, that the project comes together as it should. I have never tried anything like this but your channel and those of the Canadian car modifiers such as Japhands are the starting point for inspiration and vicarious learning. Thank you all.

Having just done some work on a Carrera RS I had a big problem trying to get the door seal to fit in that rear corner at the bottom of the door, as a previous repair had left the door lip too shallow and too far out for the seal. I’m sure YCR will do it right!
Cut and butt! Curious why the original quarter panel arch needed to be replaced by an aftermarket. Was it perished inside? As always, great learning by the YCR masters!
Super job 👌 gave me an idea of how to do a job I’ve got bouncing around in my noggin on my old peace of crap so thanks for that think I got it figured out 👍 of course there’s always the question of if I’m clever enough to do it …it’s doubtful 🤣
Company policy should be that every car which leaves the workshop must have flared arches fitted!
Eh up or Aye Up from France!
Ive just subbed to the channel and doing a marathon of all the videos this week furze ,roger, disaster, and this bit how much wider are the arches over the original it only looks about 1 to 2 inches
Love the work you guys do but please wear hearing protection while grinding. The long grinding and sanding sessions can be very bad for hearing.
Just wondering, don't you get a lot of metal shavings in your eyes just wearing these glasses? I can't get rid of them even having a full mask on, and visiting doctor often lol. Love the Channel and these projects, i drop everything I do when I see there is a new video :D
From someone thar doesn't live in the UK. What is the aprox hourly rate on craftsmanship like this?

Its minimum wage at least. It’s the law.
Why are you guys putting VW Bug rear fenders on that car. Lol Just kidding, it’s looking great.

Make no wonder the owner has a tight budget. He or she will need the cash for wheels and tyres to fill those arches!

Not a criticism or suggestion, but just a straightforward question: do you ever use TIG welding in the workshop, and would you see any benefit in using it on long welds on big panels like the wheel arches ? Best wishes.
@yorkshirecarrestoration

Yes I do use it but out channel is to show people how to do it themselves. And most can take up mig easily enough but tig is a higher level of skill :)

Images the first time you need to cut a big panel to remove in a expensive car.
Make it a coupe.

great stuff (as always!) tho you need to consider your lungs and ears....it'll come back to haunt you in less years than you think by not using ear protection etc.
that is such a bad habit. use a helmet. you are setting an example, whether you like it or not. don't show it when you don't use one.
