Loving your work man. Lag, something i noticed when I had a frst was it was much more responsive low down when the throttle body wasnt connected to the charge pipe. I had to move it once when the intercooler was off. I never got round to fitting a reed valve or something before throttle body, so at low rpm when charge piping is in vacuum it can draw air at atmospheric another way. Hope that makes sense. You're living my dream 👍

I didn't have any problems with mine until I fitted my grs intercooler so my intercooler sent my water temps up because more of my rad was covered then I fitted bonnet raisers and seen a dramatic drop in temps. By the way my fans are behind the cooler not in front . Owned mine since early 2000 and its still here with me now hope the info helped

Awesome marc. I use them because i did tests years back with Act gauges. Dramatic temp drops, it works like a bonnet vent, high pressure air over the bonnet creates low pressure underneath which sucks air out, also air going in the front of the car has nowhere to go and the bulkhead acts like a parachute, its an internet myth they dont work.
