I missed out on the RS when I was a lad, best I could do was a few XR3i's loved every one of my mk3 and 4's. Every spare project car is a storage unit!!

That bumper looks 100% better with the cut out,,and i recon chrome for the cage to match the bay for the 90'😁 or the blue off ye wheel centre caps

Never noticed the caps on the spoiler back in the mid 90s. The bleach in my white jeans, vibrant ben sherman shirt and grease in my centre parting was probably making me drowsy. I guess they just bond spoilers on now a days.

88 Spec Bumper & Spoiler were the same as found on the XR3i. The 90 Spec bits are a big improvement and differentiates the RS from the less superior XR3i.

I said Ford rs lime green for the cage but will have to wait and see... another 🔥 video the little rs is a pure gem 👍🏻

I could but hate using fibreglass on Abs in normally cracks eventually

You could make a bunch of fiberglass copies of that bumper

The number plate mount you should have cut it out and then fibre glass it from the rear and fill from the front. Cage wise I reckon you should have gone neon yellow but I reckon you have gone red and that spoiler is sooooo! Much better

That rear spoiler is the same colour as some of the escort/orion eclipses use to be..Seen the rs500 spliter fitted to a rst bumper and they used the bottom part of the sierra bumper to get the shape right. Kawasaki green for cage?????

Hey man, do you have any video where you pulled carpet from astra without destroying it. I tried pulling mine for sake of water in cabin inspection and I couldn't do it, probably need to pull out dash but I don't want to go that far. The part that is killing me is in front of the shifter and under the shifter axle (not probably correct term but it goes from gear shifter to gearbox) and part under dash it is all loosened but still dont want to go out

I bought a 88 xr3i out of Queensferry motor auctions that had been through that many times unsold and dumped around the back in 2001 that had a 90 spec front bumper I needed for a rs turbo , it had no keys so I broke the steering lock and towed it , took the bumper off and advertised it in the loot for £100 , took £80 off a Scouser who drove it away with no bumper fitted so I got a free front bumper and made £25 .that's because they were shit ...come on let's be honest

Kawasaki green for the cage for a wild guess. That spoiler looks a simlar colour to the escort eclipse 🤔 500 miles where did you go fir mapping ? must if been neaely Scotland.
