From the manual: “If the quantity of fluid remaining in the washer reservoir drops below the recommended level, you will receive an alert notification on the Driver Display.” “The washer fluid reservoir is located at the base of the windshield. Press to open the cover. Fill the reservoir until the fluid is visible just below the filler neck. Close the cover.” Thanks for your comment, Cheers!

Double pull was invented by Bmw and implemented on most German cars to help prevent high profile kidnapping of children. You simply DONT have to open the whole car to let someone out of it. Cheers.

My 2005 Volvo has double pull to get out. It's weird, but isn't the worst when you get used to it.

The Volvo XC/C40 and Polestar 2 have a very similar update process. And yes, if you ask it to update “now” you are prompted to exit the vehicle and lock it and not come back for a couple to hours.

It was verified from the radgivers the sport trim will have navigation maps standard. Also someone from Denmark I think it was confirmed the doggy doors can be rolled down outside of cali mode. I think it was posted on fb in one of the Fisker groups. I’m very disappointed not having one pedal driving being an option but I will live. Great video!

Great video, as always, Adam! I confirmed my Sport order yesterday after fighting the website, which kept spewing errors and having to restart about 60 times. I tried several browsers and still issues. It kept saying Something went wrong or unable to authorize user. In your other video to confirm your order, it looked like you had no issues. I tried to connect with a Radgiver and haven't heard. Could be that i already have an Ocean One on order and it couldn't handle it, but my persistence paid off. I'm seriously hoping the Ocean's software is not done by anyone related to the website developers 😂. Thank you for giving us the information that is so hard to get from Henrik!

Thank you for your incredible continued reporting on all things Fisker, Adam. My wife and I are getting a little nervous with all of these "doesn't haves" or "not yets" and "do it this way insteads." We're still on Team Ocean, for now. "Thankfully" our reservation is in the 30s for an Ultra, so hopefully kinks and software AND TEST DRIVES will be ironed out by then.

Out of curiosity, how did you find your reservation number? I reserved an Ultra in Dec '21, so I'm sure I'm pretty far down the list. And I'm honestly glad for it having already waited this long anyway.

Yeah, totally, let ‘em iron out the kInks. In the email they sent confirming your deposit, it should have your reservation number.

Fisker will -at a point, start production in the USA at Foxconn's Northeast Ohio plant, likely a parallel production line beside the Pear when Foxconn when they are ready, likely 2 to 3 year from today?, but I am starting to wonder if it will be better to wait?, the Ocean at this point will have updates and improvement and should be cheaper than the presents MANGA models. New trim levels could be available, Henrik said about a month ago that Fisker is VERY flexible(on short notice) to changes trim and prices. What's your thought Aslash?, we have an Ultra on reservation, but we are thinking about cancel it's more expensive than we thought it would be and get the US manufactured Id.4 instead. The Sport trim have to short range to our needs and only comes with black interior I can't function in a black room, so that is a no-go for me. So wait on the US made Oceans?

I know from a Danish Interview that Fisker do NOT plan the Ocean/Pear to be a niece production in a growing EV marked, but they will gear up to a million units a year very soon, that's why we heard talk about a properly production in India and China as the USA. Here and now in 2024 the supply chain is still not strong, but with Ocean production in the USA let's 2 years from today, a hole new battery supply-chain will be accessible from the USA/Canada, so new batt. Tech would be likely with new soildstate batteries?, watch Sandy Munro. (I am a Danish immigrant in the US, by the way, so I do understand Danish😉) .

Kinda off topic but interesting. I speced out and put $250 down on Ultra in November 2022. Price and package changes later I upped it to an Extreme on June 29, 2023 and on saved that to my account. On June 30, 2023 I got an email saying I could put a deposit on my newly speced Extreme. 😮

Secret slides: perfect. I too am a manual reader. I’ll check your oratory of it! No one has sent me a copy…. The window operation and boosts and software update gave me a headache. My great disappointment is no one pedal operation. I put my second order fee down yesterday, once I got clarification about the intelligent package. Hope HF responds to your plea for more info. I’m considering upgrading from ultra to extreme. What do you all think?? All comments welcome. If I don’t choose blue/white colors, the extreme isn’t much more $$$. 😮

I never got an email from Fisker ... but I opened the APP and it was time to place my order and pay them some money. I placed my reservation the end of May 2023, for an Extreme.

No ACC is a pretty big miss for a car of this class, price, and promise. I don't think people will be too happy living with the Ocean beyond the honeymoon phase if this is true. The first couple months people wont care. After the magic and newness is gone... its going to have people dropping the Ocean for other vehicles. Hopefully Fisker can figure out stuff the rest of the industry has had standard for quite some time now.

I got the email to place my order, however, I believe this is only for Ocean Extreme model if u decided to upgrade from lower models? The moment I selected order then I couldn't change the trim, it automatically locked into Extreme trim. With the way Fisker builds the cars, many potential customers will certainly bail out by the time their turns arrived, too many unknown about Fiskers!

The Lyriq’s price will come from the legacy dealer you purchase it from. I think the Lyriq is a beautiful vehicle. Might be the best looking EV. But it’s a $70,000 RWD, and the Ocean is a $68,000 AWD. Both will be tough to get, and marked up significantly to jump to the front of the line. In my opinion, this is a good question for 2025. Right now it’s a Mothman Vs Bigfoot. Super fun to talk about, impossible to actually get. If you live in a large metro area, I’d go ocean, because in my opinion it wins in curb appeal, but out in the rural areas, there’s definitely a Cadillac dealership closer to you than a Fisker authorized service center. I would weight the distance to available service heavily in a comparison. Thanks for your comment, Cheers!

My guess is a trip to LA is the fastest way to get a test drive. I don’t know when or where the next experience center will be based. Fisker has only confirmed the LA location. I hope this helps, thanks for your comment, Cheers!

I read in a Fisker document that the car number given to Ocean One Limited Edition buyers is not the production number; been trying to figure out the logistics of delivering 5,000 cars across Europe and the US?

I think Fisker is doing regional pop up delivery events. They will rent a parking lot, or 3rd party dealership, and you can come to, let’s say, Philadelphia to pick up your Ocean if you live in PA NY DE NJ RI MA, for example. Thanks for your comment, Cheers!

Just for clarity. The rear sliding glass window can only be operated separately from the keyfob? Not a dedicated button control? Unfortunate dog doesn't have dedicated independent controls. Silly omitting feature...

The verbiage in the manual states there are two ways, key fob and power lift gate window switch in the overhead console. Both have to be held: no auto up/downs. Thanks for your comment, Cheers!

My biggest question is what is the power and performance in hyper mode without boost mode. That could change my purchase decision...

The ADAS limitations page alone would make me run...but then I would never ever consider buying anything from Fisker, with his extremely extensive record of blatant lies. Five inches of ground clearance means it is a SEDAN, and the cargo space is not great for a pretend "crossover" either. For $70,000...you could buy a Model Y Performance with the full self driving package and have a car you barely have to drive, far superior ADAS, superior acceleration, superior charging, superior cargo space, superior handling (Model Y weighs a lot less), superior over the air updates, superior UI, superior charging network, dog mode so you can leave your pets in the car while you shop, and no risk that the company will go bankrupt before the warranty is up. I guarantee Fisker goes belly up way sooner than the six year warranty period. What are people here thinking, why make so much effort to buy the markedly inferior car? As for the letter to reservation holders, let me translate it for you: "We are a small automotive startup that probably will not survive, and our CEO burned a whole lot of suppliers last time out, so we are lucky if our suppliers answer our calls to give us some vague excuses and promises for when they will deliver, as we are their very last priority, and they will hang up on us if someone brings donuts to their break room. We are hoping we get lucky and get the parts we need to make your cars, but we have no real way of knowing when or if that will happen. Tesla is vertically integrated because so many suppliers left them high and dry, but we here at Fisker do not believe in learning from the past experience of others. Good luck."

5/10 burn rating. I don’t attend parties, but I still felt insulted. Very good job. Also, if I wanted to be “cool” in the State I live in, I would need a much bigger louder truck. It’s true though, insults probably go over better than in-depth research at parties. We should both probably stick to what we’re good at.

Like for example suggesting Fisker is trying to hide stuff and also making a big stink about, how updates are to be done whit the card not charging and so on - seems like you're blowing up minor details looking for something to critique.

I cancelled my reservation about a week ago. Good bye, Fisher Ocean. See you in the future when you are tried and tested 😂
