  It’s 2.0. My husband watches your videos and showed me the recall one. I followed everything you said but I still haven’t heard from them. I also tried calling them and emailing them multiple times for the past 3 months and they don’t answer for help me. My calls were always 1h-2h long waiting for someone to answer my phone calls.

  I lost my 5K Ocean One deposit but I am not in the list surprisingly. I opted not to take a One that was incomplete and had so many issues. The loss of 5K was on top of a 1M plus loss on the stock believing Henrik’s lies of StockTwits. I only continued to average down because of his ongoing statements.

  Sorry to hear that. I lost my entire life savings on the stock because, like you, I believe allot of the lies and thought no way will the company go under. All my buys were under $2, kept doubling down. But they are still worthless at .015/share.

  Happy FOO owner here with 5.5k miles on a solidly built vehicle. I will drive it as long as it lasts and hope the updates keep coming. It's a great feeling to drive such a unique car; it's very rare to see the same one on the road. Unlike Teslas, where you have to check your plates in the parking lot to see if the car is yours, this one stands out. Selling it at a loss would be a waste of time and money, as every EV is depreciating in value.

  I hope you have lots of error and trouble free miles. I have a few other reactions also…Solidly built: they just recalled ALL the door handles. Updates: There are no employees, and there’s no money. You’ll never get anything past 2.1. Unlike Teslas, they aren’t complete, there’s nobody to service them, and even if there was, there are no parts. Wait til you can’t get insurance. Best of luck.

  Although your stocks may be technically "worthless," they have value equal to what someone wants to pay for it. You just have to convince a potential buyer that they're getting a good deal. Car dealers do it all the time, e.g. "nitrogen".

  If you’re a shareholder, you ARE a creditor. There’s a list of priority when it comes to part ownership in the company. It’s a bankruptcy proceeding. That means when the court convenes, you have the right to attend proceedings.

If the list is warranty holders, they need to file a proof of claim: “In general, warranties are liabilities of a company and are factored into bankruptcy proceedings,” said Hutt. “A company pursuing reorganization should want to retain the confidence of its customers by ensuring the continued viability of customer commitments like warranties. Hutt adds that in a liquidation situation, the status of warranties held by customers are less certain. There is a chance they’ll be unaffected by the retailer or manufacturer’s bankruptcy if the warranty is managed by a third party.

  We've been making payments since February. With chase fisker finance. Should we stop those payments since obviously we cannot receive services or future parts by a new manufacturer? We don't mind giving up the car not taking our loss. Not worried about a credit hit. Our credit was immaculate, no personal or business debt, simply just three years left on my home mortgage. Please help us on what to do next. The car is beautiful but the unknowns are too big, we don't feel comfortable to keep making payments

  I can’t tell you what to do with your finances. In the event that the repossession takes place as normal, you would first have the car taken. Then you would be sued by Chase for the difference between what you owe and what the car is sold for. If you refuse to pay, then your assets get attached.

  What is interesting is this list contains names of the initial buyers who are creditors but, if they are considering the credit to be warranty, those that sold their Oceans to new owners they should be covered under the warranty. The warranty goes with the car not just the first owner.

  I’m worried NIO is next. Not much more money to lose they are already 96% down from ATH. Rule #1 don’t buy EV stocks. Rule #2 stay well away from China stocks. I can’t think of any Chinese stocks that returned a profit to investors.

  What they need to do is they're talking about the battery of Tesla can go over $300,000 Mi or 150,000 MI which may be true I don't know but I do know the battery don't last beyond 10 years no matter how many miles when I say 10 years at full capacity the batteries degrade and do not last past 15 years that doesn't matter how many miles you can drive on it it is timed not by mileage battery life span
