Adam, I just came into my garage and I looked over at the Fisker Ocean as pulled my other car in. Walking inside my home from the garage, I noticed the Fisker Ocean Key Fob, the thought entered my head, if I lost and or this fob was damaged, I could not operate the vehicle at all, since my Ocean is not linked to my Fisker Account. With the first Ocean One I had last year, they gave me a 2nd fob as means of good gesture since I had so many problems. I subsequently sold that vehicle after one month and recovered all monies paid ($78000), I jumped in recently and snagged one, on what I thought was cheap, because local sales are for a Ocean One here in California are $27000, but damn, one key fob is now very perplexing to me 😂😂😂😂

Yep. I am stuck with a incomplete updated car with a crazy amount of issues that I tried getting fixed at least to the best working condition it maybe could be before this happened but to no avail these last 2 months. 😢 with car I can't safely drive.

Fisker vent bust sooner then what I expected. I thought they would make it through 2024 at least. Now I’m waiting for Polestar to do the same. Don’t think Fisker was a scam but Henrik sure is better at getting investor money than running a car company. The first time a was sure they were in trouble was the announcement of Pear and Alaska. It had all the hallmarks of a desperate company. A Hail Mary move to impress new investors. Have seen it before from Sonos, Arrival, Lordstown, Lucid and Rivian.

One of their investors hoping someone still buy Fisker after bankruptcy and bring back its warranty so they could fix some issues that he got with his Ocean. I'm surprise Faraday wasn't the first to fall between the two of them. Canoo just partner up with USPS for six Canoo's delivery EVs.

It’s a rough game out there.

There were many reasons I did not buy an Ocean and in my top 3 list is that I did not want to give even one thin dime to this note holder. NOW WAY!!!!! And, I do not think that anyone believed that this last loan shark note would be paid.

You know you’ve done something right when the personal attacks begin.

Whaaaaat? I predicted this the second they got a SPAC deal. For all of Henrik’s skill as a designer, what he is really world class at is burning a billion plus dollars in his startup while skimming off a nice dollop for himself. There are already lots of postmortems about what went wrong, and yes if Fisker was Pinocchio his nose would circle the Earth, and then the nepotism and gross incompetence, but fundamentally Fisker Inc never had anywhere near enough capital to make it, and because Henrik thermonuked his bridges with the investment community with his first company there was never a chance of raising more investment money post SPAC. I suspect that Henrik has failed to realize fully how reviled he is in the professional investor community. It feels like he may have thought, if this was anything other than a pure grift, that he could pull a Tesla and start out with way too little capital and then make a good impression and do some fancy storytelling and find enough wallets opening to keep going and growing. Fisker Inc could have put out a first car that astonished the world and I don’t think the end result would differ. No one wanted to invest in Henrik before the SPAC, and no one wanted to invest after the SPAC.
