that will not happen for a while all that record snow needs to melt and settle down the rivers are flooded most of them unfishable .

Right! Me too!! I'm further up in northern Cali and our lakes and rivers are flowing, a lot of the snow has melted as long as you're not going as high as the Sierra Nevadas.

Grew up in the greater metropolitan area and never was into fishing. During the pandemic i started watching your videos and wanted my son to learn how to fish. My son and i have caught a bunch of sculpin type fish and rock crab from shore. hope to catch rockfish and lingcod and cabezon one day. You needa do a collab with Ace fishing that catch n cook will be crazy

Trick I learned from watching Richard Gene the Fishing Machine here on YT. Wrap some tooth floss around the shank of the hook on the jig, right behind the jig head, and put a small drop of Gel superglue, then thread on your swimbait. It'll never slide down again. Great vid as always brother!

Great vid as ALWAYS! Maybe a dab of super glue on the hook shaft before sliding on the swim bait would help keep it from moving. I use this and works well for freshwater fish I chase.
