I was on Pensacola Beach the morning of my brother's memorial. I grew up on Johnson beach in the 60's. I pulled up one of BBB's videos I remember that this got just as excited as I did as a kid 7 years old i fell in line with this young man. Soon discovered Angle up with Brant. What excitement they shared . Ron became their CAMERAMAN he didn't fish but he got HOOKED . These guys were like brothers. Along came Bearded Brad the intern. Things changed for these fisherman. Matt started Bama Beach Bum Outdoors . Brant was a Cert. Boat Captain and is a realtor. Bearded Brad bought a storage building in Foley and sales everything fishing on line. There was a riff these young men came upon a change to invest their money. Cameraman Ron had his channel and enjoyed doing his own thing a broader vision of content he wanted to produce . His wife Sarah " PYT" started her channel Coastal country. Ron got sick last September and he never recovered. I was 💔 enjoyed his video and the crazy little things these guys shared for all of us. Im a great fan of Chesse Balls but never a banana on the fishing boat. RIP CAMERAMAN RON YOU ARE REMEMBERED BY MANY PEOPLE WANT A TREASURE WHAT A MAN

Love that kind of fishing Brant. I grew up freshwater fishing here in south Alabama. It's more laid back than saltwater angling. Though I fished in bass clubs for years and fished tournaments often. Fished Miller's Ferry often and had good trips there several times a year. Caught one of my largest bass in a tournament there year's ago. Great video.

Great video Brant....I do a ton of live bluegill and shiner fishing and for some reason I only have success with them really early in the morning or from 30 mins before sunset...then it's almost instant bites. I know you've fished live bait for bass a ton too and maybe you've had different experiences but for me here in Texas...live bait only works good for bass during those two tines.

back in the 90s my buddy and I bass fished a series of ponds near his hunt camp in Alabama and I was throwing a Shakespeare ultra light with 4 lb just to spice it up and I thought I snagged the bottom but then my line started slowly moving along sideways. once it realized it was hooked it jumped and spit the plastic shad in the most cinematic and slo mo way possible. it was a bass easily above 10lbs. my friend saw it and we both lost our minds lol, it could have fit a kids size basketball in its mouth. we still talk about that bass to this day

Maybe bigger. A lot of time on these “private” lakes, artificials do just as good, if not better then the live stuff. Great work. Beautiful location. Would love to spend a week there, 👍🏻

This is the most realistic middleclass man fishing video you’ve ever made……..because it involved taking the vehicle you thought would make the trip over another. Anybody who grew up like we did knows what I’m talking about lol!!! And talking to the cows. It’s disrespectful not to talk to the cows on the way in and if the person who let you in heard that you didn’t you wouldn’t be allowed back.
