Excellent choice of company. I had my 3 Shimano 12000 Ultegra reels serviced by Felindre. They did a great job on then and they each came back in a free bag. Real reel enthusiasts.

Great vid very informative i also use shimano reels so will keep a record of this company! Will you be doing a vid on rod maintenance ie how to clean the rings on rods i have tried various methods but none all that successful!

Glad it was helpful Dave. In my opinion Shimano are the best manufacturers of reels for the price. I must be honest and say I never clean my rods … I just hope the rain cleans them off 😂

@@WestysAngling it's just the end few rings we're you sink the line they just get a bit shi**ty looking covered in mud etc sure it could affect line going through on the cast! Cheers anyway 👍

@@daveclark2643 Get yourself a bucket of warm soapy water (a small squirt of washing up liquid is sufficient) and using a sponge gently clean down with this wiping dry with a soft dry towel.. This should remove most if not all dirt and grime, without causing any damage to the carbon blank or rod rings.

About £60 inc postage, that’s for the two reels including replacement of parts! Those reels where pretty much unusable/broken. But they are like new reels now. More than likely most people just need a service and a drag washer replacement which is a lot less 👍🏻🎣 hope that helps 👌🏻
