    Great video , great job with that tank. One trick I learned with snook is to lead them vs pulling against ( of course if they heading towards structure have no choice ) leading them keeps the leader / line off their gill plate. I also got my pb snook of 44.5" blind casting a topwater

    Nice fishing trip! You are so intense while working the gillie and rip it right out of the fishes mouths. You acknowledged it. I only say this be because I’m 60 and STILL do it!! 😂😂😂. Once I calm down I get it right on, but it’s the thrill of fishing!! Nice editing and alternate views.

    Wow, awesome! You actually brought me right into that fight. I've done the exact thing and its heart pounding trying to entice a big girl like that to come on in on light tackle and leader. Great job not giving up and awesome handling of that massive fish at the end of the vid.

    Justin, get some KVD 2.5 Wake Baits. Change out the hardware though. If you keep the rod tip up it stays on top of the water. Rod tip down and it can get about 12" under. The Snook and redfish can't leave these things alone.

    I trick I used to use when sight fishing is to close me eyes as the fish approached so I set the hook by feel not by sight. its tough to do sometimes though.

    Never seen a black racer swim in the salt either. You're a great fisherman and the only other person i've seen whoop big snook on a 2500 in closed quarters. Definitely a native👊
