Fishing for Man-Sized Fish from Land - Jetty Fishing for the Biggest Fish
Спорт
The bull redfish run what we are all waiting for. You can catch them anytime. But everyone is waiting for it. Lures are the way to go like a spoon is good if you know what I mean. Maybe a swimbait. Maybe I'll be using a swimbait for reds in the near future. Hopefully! w/ @vamostexasfishing

Same guy at the same place doing the same thing yet…. You keep it so fresh. AWESOME video. Thank you.
The overlay splice where youre fishing and showing the spoon simultaneously is clean dude! Nice video.
I enjoyed that, as much as you did. Great video and as always the editing is top-notch. Thanks for sharing Coop.
Love the positivity Coop. Good to run into you at Roys today. Keep the videos rolling, always entertaining and worth learning from ya.

Good to see you again. I didn't catch anything at the jetty today!
Every time I hear the OSRS music the need to see you in a fishing skill cape grows exponentially
Thanks Coop. Growing up in San Antonio and now living in North Texas. I miss the fishing down there . Cant wait to make another trip to Port A

Congrats Coop! So glad you were able to have such an epic day! I noticed the first eyelet from the the reel on your rod looked pretty small, traditionally they are bigger. Do you know if there is a reason for that?
This man playing the OSRS music remix in the background lol
good job buddy
Fire video bro
Perfect dsy😮
My GUY had them patterned down
Great fishing bro. Which month did you travel down there? Enjoyed your sportsmanship a lot.
THE MAN COOP
I bought my first surf combo and using a NLBN 1oz jighead setup. I realize I'm going to need a glove because I feel like the braid is going to take the tip of my finger off if I'm not careful.
Believe and you shall receive!
damn cooop that was crazy bruh
Wow man. I think catching is fungshway.
pleasure meeting you td fam! i was the one who made ur sandwich where u were today!!

Gotta respect the Christmas trap music lol
Hey coop, I have a house down in rockport and rarely make it out to port a or corpus jettis. When I do I find myself losing every rig when I throw a Carolina rig, and never have luck on bobbers. I’m guessing slip bobber is the play, but what depth usually? I just want to have a good jetty experience man 😂
Are you wearing the Korker brand spikes for the rocks ? Looking for something like that for fishing coastal rivers

GOOD DAY! Big ones. Glad I am a patron to help you. Are you going to school or working?
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
What fishing combo are you using sir? Regards from Mexico, thanks in advance.
🤘
The light changed after you hooked the first 2 fish, maybe the effected the take.

your videos are fascinating. are the spikes on your shoes dependable and what brand. thanks
I'm sure it was bleeding because it was a second strike or bite...inhaled it....but pulled out but STill got caught on the lip😢

I would agree 💯😊, the spoon probably caught a gill plate at first and then lodged in the mouth 👄 as it came out!! S"__t happens ☺️!!
Have you ever tried a circle hook on spoons?,,, That could be a better option for catch and release ...
That’s a good hook for catch and release, but when I’m keeping I change out hooks like that.
Damn near perfect day! Any guess as to what caused the bleeding? Bashed itself on a rock maybe?

As jeff and another comment said, the red probably gulped it down, hooks nicked the gills and then it slipped into it mouth.
Very nice! What state are you fishing in??
big ones Coop! What is your PB red?

Hello, I am your subscriber. Sorry, I don't speak Japanese and use Google Translate. Could you recommend shoes that are almost non-slip on offshore reefs and are not afraid of being in the water for a long time? I am a spinning angler and I fish on coastal rocks, moving from rock to rock in waist-deep water. These stones can be very slippery. Thanks in advance for your answer.
did you catch anything on the NLBN?
awesome content yee! what spoon are you using?

Quick question what line do you use im trying to start jetty fishing but idk what line to use. Thanks!

I use a quality 50lb braid such as daiwa j braid and then use a 4-5ft 60-100lb mono leader. Using either an albright special knot or FG knot to connect the lines.
Are you gonna do that series you were talking about a while back?

Man, I'm sorry to say it all kind of fell through. I was planning for it and prepping for months but responsibilities took over and some jury duty. I'm pretty sad about it but next year is going to wild.

Wake up new coop video
What tide was this? Right at high?
Bro that day I met you at the jetties I tried doing what you do but I can’t catch a single fish on a spoon or get a bite. Idk what I’m doing wrong haha
Why have u not posted any fishing on Cardwell pier
Was the guy next to you catching fish?
I'm 3 hours away :( good times though!
I'm a Spoon rookie but, how do you keep off the rocks with a 3oz spoon?
@ThresherFishing

You kind of have to trial and error where you can cast. The best thing to do is make a long cast because there are generally a lot less snags further out. But you have to get a feeling when you have to stop bouncing the bottom and have to start straight retrieving it up over the snags.
Noice! Notice @14:20 something big breaks the surface out in the middle of the channel
