I do wonder how he gets all this numbers to call. 200 phone numbers is a lot. Is that through purchasing these leads?
If I would’ve waited for my friends and family I would only have had sold 2 homes… Brandon’s method works! 👏🏽

This is a great interview. Would love to see more content from agents in 'competitive' markets like LA, NYC, Toronto. A lot of the run of the mill 'coaching' tactics don't work in highly competitive markets, at least in my experience. The fundamentals you teach work everywhere (selling without selling, etc), the more tactical stuff on lead gen is what I find challenging. This is my first time seeing something a lot more relatable.
I like this guy. Seems really genuine! It's bizarre how close his situation was to mine starting out. Passive marketing is a money suck when you start out in LA.

10million sold @ 1% is 100k thats insane low rate his broker split is paying him or am i crazy? I thought i was bad @50% just starting out omg. Great vid Brandon and good luck to him hes going to do great!
