dude has like no experience at this time and is trying to lane split at high speeds. You are gonna get yourself hurt until you get a few thousands more miles under your belt. Just take it easy and don't try to give in to your friends bullshit.

One thing I could recommend to new riders to keep from stalling is to hold the gas open to like 10% and then just really slowly ease off the clutch. It doesn't matter if you ride the clutch on a bike like you have to worry about it in a car. Cars have dry clutches, bike clutches spin around in oil. It honestly doesn't get hot and burn up like that. Just ride the hell out of the clutch until you get the timing and feel of everything down.

I want to say thank you for these videos. I just started learning how to ride and I've been beating myself up because I've been struggling with my shifting. You sticking to it is enough motivation for me to stay with it

yo when u downshift u don't gotta rev match, u can also shift down & let off the clutch slowly while giving it alittle gas, it's the same as upshifting just in reverse

Thanks The only thing i have negative about the cbr500 is the lack of aftermarket parts but def a great bike
