Have been watching all of Brandon's old videos recently and you don't release how much muscle he has gained until u rewatch. Before the "I trained like Chris heria for 30 days" video he was pretty skinny with not that much muscle but that video really changed his physique and it's only got better and better since then. A true inspiration for me Brandon. Respect🙌

Brandon, I am Muhammad. I am 13 years old. I am a Graphic and Web Designer. Also a Calisthenics Athlete like you. I don't know but I hate going to gym so just stick with home workout. In the past 6 months, I progress a lot. I have been doing pushups when I was about 11. I did pushup wrong for about 2 years so no muscles. Then I got access do Internet, watched videos and perfect my form. I used to drink lot of Coke. Almost 500ml everyday. Recently, I got infection in my throat. That's why, I can't drink any Co2 drinks anymore. No Lays or stuff like that. Now, I am planning for complete diet. Only water, vegetables and meat. You are one of my inspiration. I got lot of motiviation by your videos to get in to best shape of my life. I think you think that your videos are just for Entertainment Purpose but they are changing lifes of people all around the world. Thank you very much for helping us to get into best shape of our life. Please don't stop. Just keep going!!! Thank you very much!!!!!!
