Bodybuilders Eat Nikocado Avocado's Diet for 24 Hours
Ойын-сауық
Bodybuilders eat Nikocado Avocados diet for 24 hours. My friend Adam and I took on the challenge of eating and burning Nikocado's diet for a full day. We experienced what it was like to live on Nikocados diet and also realized how hard it really is to burn off all of the calories he eats....

I am an obese girl and just discovered niko (I believe that's the name), and he opened my eyes. I can't even eat 1/10 of what he eats in a day, and I don't want to end like that, so it's time to change my life. It's a shame what I am doing to myself. This motivated me even more to do a change, thanks! I am gonna find a gym (that's the only thing that worked in the past to get me motivated), the worst part for me is learn to eat healthy

It’s neat to see someone else understand how hard it is to cram calories. When my nutritionist prescribed 11,000 - 12,000 calories per day to gain weight, I only managed to maintain it for about three months. I hit and sustained 185 lbs, but immediately dropped back to 160 when I gave up trying to cram all the calories. My excessively high metabolism really hampered any progress as my muscles cannibalized themselves, but it’ s getting easier as I approach 30. TLDR: Cramming calories is harder than it looks.

The first meal is more calories than I eat in a day, thats insane! :0
This was very informative, I hope Nick actually saw this. Doubt sadly it would help him. But y'all helped me, I would like to loose weight and to see how hard you have to exercise to loose vs eating healthy, just makes sense to eat right. I would develop an ED bc I would want to purge all that food. That's insane.
I wouldn’t even be able to finish the first meal😂😂😂
I've been between 135 and 150 pounds my entire life. Back when I was working out a lot, no calorie counting or special dieting at all, I managed to bulk up and weighed 175 but I was eating constantly still anyway. I was eating three full meals a day and sometimes doubling on meals. I would eat at home then again at a friend's house... But still, I lost all that muscle and weight in less than a year after I stopped working out. I'm 32 now and weigh right at 150 pounds.
In their defense, Nick actually never eats the entire portion in one sitting. So very well done to you both!
