I thought the plastic was called 'star' and they just call them 'halo star' when they do those color mixes which creates a halo effect on the disc.

I have a F2 Champ Firebird that is so OS it is essentially a forehand utility disc for me. I had normally found with other molds that halo plastic was more OS than Star or Champ, and certainly more than GStar or Dx. Interesting that this Halo Firebird is so chill.

I think it’s because of the amount of dome this one has. Check your F2 and see if it’s flat!

I also like doing the best throw reviews where I take a couple discs that I'm comparing (I call them Disc Throwdowns) and I take the best lie between them. More recently I've stopped scoring those rounds, since most of the times the disc I'm reviewing/comparing aren't putting putters. Also even more recently, if the camera angle is going to be bad, I'll arbitrarily change the lie for better filming - but I tell the audience that I'm doing that, and why. My next review is the Innova Leopard and I use this methodology on that video. I throw and old and new Leopard so people can see the difference.

I have haloplastic in my bag and I kind of love it and kind of hate it. It's more understable out of the hand but still has great fade

If you want to take away the wabble and get a little more distance with your 4 hand start your run up with your wrist cocked Back as far as you can then just pull your arm back and snap your wrist.

Watch the pros especially eagle McMahon and Ricky they even start running up with their arm pulled back. I do that sometimes but not for max distance

They have the sign up page if you want to be a TD and they let you pick the player pack. It’s usually a 2-3 disc pack. The one I am in has an envy and paradox total eclipse pack. Only discs allowed in play.

great content, great, maybe the best camera angles for reviews and comparison shots, love that you have a warm up shot and the first shot is not with the discs you are comparing. I hate that, many first shots sucks in reviews, then the youtuber blames it on the disc, lol

If you want the beef just get a machete. I bag a star firebird big z machete and Pyro. I prefer a fireball
