The 80's and 90's in country music brought us some of the greatest singers ever. George Strait, Reba, Keith Whitley, Randy Travis, Garth Brooks, Tim McGraw, Patty Loveless, The Judd's, Brooks and Dunn. The list keeps on going. You need to hear the Judd's. I saw her in the early 90s. She had so many hits then. What a voice too. She changed outfits nearly after every song, it seemed. Never seen anyone do that. Love your input on the vocals.

Love the Country Artists. Most all of them are amazing! They know how to pull the listener in with their voices, pronunciation, and just "the heart of the lyric" in their songs. They "sing it real" as they say in Nashville. Totally different way of singing a song. Incredible, really!

She is awesome. We saw her 4 different times in concert. You should react to her singing sweet dreams accapela version. It will blow you away.

What do you mean "was"? Reba is still cutting records, touring, and I believe also just signed a contract for a residency show in Vegas. She doesn't dance as much in her live performances anymore, but she still steals the show with her vocals. She is the true diva of Country music.

My wife and I saw her last year with Terri Clark, and she is still amazing. So is Terri. It was a great 20th anniversary. Great reaction.

She is definitely one of the best country singer.

There was a show called Giants ! Tribute show for Reba . She sang fancy after all other stars sang her songs . Check it out . Great

absolutely seconding She Thinks HIs Name Was John! It's so underrated and such a good song. Didn't it get shadowbanned from country radio due to the subject matter?

There are only two country artists I can listen to over my other types of music for ever and a day. Reba and Dolly. Reba is just beyond. Such a beautiful voice that just pierces your soul.

I think you would really enjoy watching her perform Fancy live from either 1993, 1994 or 1995!! She always put on a show when she performed that song live in the 90s!

I've seen her twice in concert. She puts on a good show.

Reba sings the way you play a cello.

Late 80's early 90's Reba look definitely followed the "higher the hair, closer to Jesus" pattern, Reba's look was always big hair and shoulder pads and long gowns, and I think with her TV show as in life, once she became a mother, along with the rest of the country, her look became more streamlined, and now Reba still glams up but in a much more sophisticated way. One thing has never changed though, and it's that magnificent voice nor has her genuineness. She was raised on a ranch with a rancher father and school teacher mother, did rodeo and loves horses, and that remains her character.

You can’t go wrong with Reba!

Britt, I love Reba too but you simply must check out Linda Ronstadt. She was the Beyoncé of the 70's and 80s. 11 Grammys over I think 5 different genres. She packed so many stadiums that the TicketMaster of the time dubbed her Female Artist of the Decade. She did Rock, Country, Mariachi, and even Opera on Broadway. Emmylou Harris and her teamed up with Dolly Parton to form the Trio and released 2 albums of beauty. Pick any one of her videos and you'll want more. I'd suggest 'Desperado' or 'Willing' or even Pinocchio's "When you wish Upon a Star", then again there's her Muppet show performance of "It's in His Kiss'. Sorry. I cannot just recommend one.
