I had the privilege of seeing AC/DC on the same tour as this concert, although I saw them in Orlando, Florida. They put on an incredible show. I have always appreciated how AC/DC brings so much energy and joy to their performances. You saw how Angus "played the crowd" in the lead up to this song, and Brian Johnson also brings so much personality to his performances. The interesting thing is that the bass player, rhythm guitarist, and drummer (while all great musicians) seemed to enjoy the role of background performers. They just lay down the beat and provided the musical platform for Angus's guitar fireworks and Brian's unique and powerful vocals.
The thing with AC/DC is they're timeless and even if you know something of theirs watching them perform it is the experience itself

I saw AC/DC on the Highway to Hell tour and Bon Scott one of the best unique voices in Rock! Sorely missed! I saw AC/DC on Back in Black in 1980 and For Those About to Rock We Salute You in 1981. Brian Johnson was the perfect fit for AC/DC after Bon passed. Brian was a unique voice just like Bon’s voice was unique. Love them both!
Every show is different from the band energy to the crowd energy. As always thanks for another awesome reaction, Biss!
Oh I've been waiting for you to do this!!! Will definitely join when you drop this. Be ready to be blown away by the energy and sheer power of the song and performance 😎🤘🤘🤘
Great reaction video! RIP Malcom Young. You were the glue in AC/DC.
Fun Fact. The Highway to hell is in reference to Canning Highway in Fremantle Western Australia. My home City as well as Bon Scotts. Back in the 70s there was a section of the Highway that had over 20 pubs and clubs alongside it. This section of road was notorious for fighting, car accidents, shootings etc.
@kenchristie9214
Жыл бұрын
The hell reference on Canning Highways pertains to one spot in particular - Death Valley. It is the intersection of Canning Hwy & Point Walter Rd/McKimmie St. It was Perth's most notorious black spot in the 60's and 70's. The combination of speeding drivers and patrons leaving the Leopold Hotel earned its name.
I've had the pleasure of seeing them on 4 different concert tours and They Always put on a Great Show Beautiful young lady 😎🤘💯

@@TheAussief1You were very close :) They were going down Swanston Street, but they did cross Elizabeth Street on the way! And you were correct in saying it was the official clip (film). Was in late summer of 1976. I was 15 years old and was one of the kids following the truck - been a fan ever since!
Saw them in 1978 in Amarillo, Texas. My first concert. For a few years I wouldn't listen to their newer stuff after Bon died. But I got over that, and even saw them a couple more times with Brian. My favorite song is It's a long way to the top [ if you want to Rock an Roll }, Ya gotta love a good Bag Pipe solo.

So so so so cute. Great personality. Fresh. Real. Gorgeous. Keep shining. You're like a naughty angel. Luv you xxx
While a great performance by the band in '91, the original was out in '79 and with Bon Scott singing. This was the song that first hit worldwide, of course the next year they went through the roof with the release of the album Back In Black. Sadly, we will never know if they would have exploded as big with Bon.
Bisscute I am also very fkn...freakin imprressed by that🤣

I kinda like when solos (be it guitar, bass, drums, or on occasion, a synthesizer/keyboard solo) leads directly into a song, providing one hell of an introduction. Sometimes if its that good, I be like "I wish they did that on the studio recording).
Angus is an amazing Guitar player. When everyone else was playing a Les Paul Angus went for an SG. A very underrated Guitar and yet as we have seen here every bit as good as a Les Paul, thanks Angus. Oh and by the way I might be a bit bias, I used to have one 😂🎸
Ohhhh,,, that killer smiles, I'm distracted. My heart just melted everytime I see her smiles. 😢😢😢

What a beautiful person this girl is !
Also react to ACDC when Bon Scott was the singer . The song has to do while on tour . All the things they went through good & bad. And finally getting to be a real rock n roll band .
As you like concert crowds you should react to the Queen set at Live Aid 1985. They stole the show from all the other performers (including Elton John) and it went down in history as one of the best live performances ever. Freddie Mercury had the crowd wrapped around his finger for the full 20 minutes.
Yr enjoyment is entertaining..great band hey
These got talent.
They debuted with bring me to life. Back in 2001 other songs include call me when your sober . It's a duet with seethe another bad ass band. Mrs biss your reaction was epic.🎉😮😢❤❤

Angus's solo at the start was actually the end of another song Let There Be Rock. Angus loves playing the crowd.
My first concert was in Amarillo Texas 1979. AC/DC. With Bone Scott. When he died I would not listen to there new stuff for quite a few years.
The solo at the beginning was the last part of the previous song "Let There Be Rock". This was one of the better sounding shows since they were in their prime during this show. When you listen to the River Plate show they changed keys and Brian is having a little bit harder time hitting the same notes. There were 72,500 people at this show and River Plate had around 67,000 3 nights in a row.
This show was on the Castle of Donington in England...! where is the Sherwood Forest...home of Robin Hood :)
I miss Donnington festival. This was the last one for me, I moved to the USA. When I came back to the UK I was told it doesn’t happen anymore 😢 But no complaints about who closed my last festival out. You can’t go wrong with AC/DC 🤘🏼🫶🏼🤘🏼xx
