AC/DC - Thunderstruck (Live At River Plate, December 2009) | First Time Reaction
Ойын-сауық
Here I was under a rock , at some point I recognized the song , but now I know who sings it as well .
I would like to say I am extremly impressed what they are still able to pull at this age , just iconic.
I highly suggest you to go listen to the original song here:
• AC/DC - Thunderstruck ...

AC/DC played 3 straight nights at River Plate in Dec 2009 to a total of 220,000+ ppl so says their official web site so that’s 73,000+ a night!!!!! Brian Johnson the lead singer was 63, Angus Young the lead guitarist was 55 and the rest of the boys were in their 50’s!!! Legendary is all I can say. These Argentina fans are the best on the planet and they appreciate good hard driving rock and roll. Just look at all the different ages in the crowd. It transcends generations. Unbelievable!! Rush, at Rio Platte, is an incredible concert too.
That crowd is absolutely nuts I love it!!!
Absolutely the loudest concert I've ever been to but also clear, not distorted. It's just like watching this video but insanely loud. They put on a great show every time you see them!
One of the great things about AC/DC playing this gig in their '60's is that their amazing audience is in their '20's and they all know the songs and all the lyrics and are having the time of their lives. Can anyone imagine what it must have been like for the band to play in front of an incredible audience like that?

I've seen AC/DC several times over the years. Sure they have lost a step but so have I. Even to this day it's one of the best bands you will ever see live. RIP Malcolm

It honestly warms my heart and brings a happy tear to my eye to see your reaction and how much fun you were having to a song and band I grew up with. Bless you for petitioning to keep this music alive. You bring hope in my mind for your generation and those following you. You are absolutely adorable, much Love from California. This song is considered one they made later in their recording career, thunderstruck came out in 1990. The band dates back to the 1970s with Bon Scott being the lead singer until his death in 1980. Brian Johnson (featured in this video) became the vocalist later that year and the band recorded the infamous album Back In Black soon after. That is Angus Young on the lead guitar with his late brother Malcom on rhythm guitar.
I was lucky enough to be there in 2009 and also the first time they came to Argentina in 1996, both times were an absolut party from start to finish! We love this band so much here and i think it shows 🖤🤘🏻. The buildings near the stadium tremble and had cracked walls for the vibration of all the people jumping in unison. Definitely in my top 3 of shows. Great reaction 🙌🏻
I love this part at 4:42 when the crowd moves so much, the camera attached to the structure just vibrate !

Great to.see a young lady enjoying this. I don't think iv see a better crowd anywhere in the world than the River plate. Those Argentinians definitely know how to rock. And let's face it ACDC are arguably the best rock band ever.
They got famous ( at least in the Netherlands) with their breakthrough album "Let there be rock" , the title song and the eternal classic "Whole Lotta Rosie".
A purely beautiful reaction! 🙂OMG! You have so much more to see and hear here - they are just amazing (as you said), every song!!
Can't go wrong with the river plate gig probably the best show ever🤘🤘🤘🤘
Que mujer tan linda y simpatica...!!!!
AC/DC probably had the most rock anthems. So many big songs that are easy to sing Along with
It was fantastic when they were younger. My uncle took me to see them with Bon Scott in a pub before they were giants. 👍
Been there. They did 3 shows 3 days in a row, was wild. Regards from Argentina
They have an extensive catalog of music dating back to the early 70s and as recent as 2020. Plenty of fantastic hits and live shows to watch! Literally hours and hours of entertainment. The band has had a total of 4 singers though only 2 of them are known commercially.
I did a voice search with the 🎤 icon on my phone, ( how many people at the ACDC River Plate concert,?) The result came back 2,000,000+ in the ordinance. It would have been a BLAST for this 63 year young Aussie to have been there.. 🤟🤘🤙👌
They got started in the mid 70's, became semi-famous in the late 70's, really exploded in 1980 with one of the best selling albums of all time(Back in Black). This song came out in 1990. I saw them on the same tour as this video. The venue I saw them in was an enclosed arena, my ears rang for the next three days.
I envy you discovering AC/DC at such a young age. I haven’t been so excited about new music since the 70’s when I was young. You should watch Jethro Tull do Aqualung and Locomotive Breath. Amazing performance by Ian Anderson.
I'm in my 60s and it is so cool to watch todays youth get touched by classic rock like AC/DC and all the bands I grew up with. Good music and truly talented musicians never grows old. I remember my daughter at 12 yoa asked me if I heard a band called Aerosmith? I replied yes, live in concert, and welcome to the journey of finding great bands.
Rock ‘N’ Roll keeps them young at heart. AC⚡️DC 🤘🏼ROCKS!🤘🏼

As usual, reaction videos make me realize one thing: I'm old. I saw these guys in Albuquerque NM around 1982. It was there Rock and Roll ain't Noise Pollution tour. Angus never stopped moving. It was an arena filled with teenagers. And, as usual for all band, they had awesome sound systems and great performances.
Excelente reacción(SALUDOS DESDE ARGENTINA)😀😀😀👍👍👍
Hello from Australia. Malcolm (Bigger brother) and Angus Lead guitar emigrated to Australia in 1963. Angus was just 10 ten yrs old. They are loved all over the world. I have to say this performance is crazy. One of the best concerts ever.
I grew up in AC/DC’s hey day, and rocked out when I was five. I had no concept that the hits would last forever! And reach generations! 🎸
If you got the chops do the song “Let There Be Rock” from this same River Plate concert December 2009. Angus does damn near 16 minutes of kicking ass guitar work and a solo in the air. Granted it is a longer video than most to get by the censors but the time flys and it’s probably their greatest performance of all time. You won’t be disappointed!!!! Just saying!!!! So says Austin Tx. 🎸🎸🎸🎸😍😍😍🥳🥳😎🍸

Angus Young is the lead guitarist. He brother Nalcom is rhythm guitarist. Brian Johnson on vocals Cliff Davies on bass, Phil Rud on drums. Band started when they were teenagers around 1969-1970. I believe first album was 1974 with original singer Bon Scott who died 1980.

AC/DC's first song released internationally sums up their music quite well. The name of the song? High Voltage of course. AC/DC has continued to play high voltage rock n roll for almost 50 years, and as far as I know they are still touring!
