You guys did great with identifying the members! Known for being great dancers, singers and all-around performers, it's worth checking out live stages. Their MVs are very cinematic--check out Halazia for a great example. Inception and Turbulence for vocals, Wave and Eternal Sunshine for happy vibes. Ateez storyline moves back and forth in time and in and out of dimensions, but understanding it isn't necessary to enjoy the music! Here's a quick synopsis: They are "pirates" who evolve into rebels that fight an authoritarian regime in a dystopian society where the masses are brain washed to rid them of human emotion. There are also alter egos of the "pirate" Ateez, usually dressed in black, that are also moving in and out of timelines and dimensions. It's a a mash up of tons of things: 1984, The Matrix, Alice in Wonderland, and about a hundred other things.

Literally love Ateez, their backstory of how they started their company and how they’re all connected is insane. If anyone is interested I could tell more!

Girls - Ateez are AWESOME! You should definitely check out more of their music. For their title tracks I would recommend: Say My Name, Answer, Inception, Wonderland, Fireworks, Deja Vu, The Real, Guerrilla and Halazia. If you like ballads, I would highly recommend their songs Mist, Be With You, Turbulence and With U. The guys you liked so much are San (the kickboxer) and Wooyoung (his manager in the ring). And the one with the crazy vocals is Jongho. Looking forward to more reactions to Ateez!

Mingi and the captain Hongjoong both are rappers. Seonghwa is the one that was wrapping really fast. He normally doesn’t rap. He has very great vocals. When he tried out he tried out to be a rapper like this song they even told him can you believe it that he was ugly are you crazy? Look at him look at him those people are probably eating their hearts out right now.

They sold out a world tour 4 months after debut…& they’ve just been getting better!

if u want to see ballads i recommend - turbulence, be with you, mist, utopia which isn’t really ballad but still good vocals from everyone :))

I recommend checking out their song Turbulence. It's a slower and softer song that showcases their vocals more.

ATEEZ is my all-time fav group. The members you liked in Pirate King are Wooyoung (purple hair) and San (green hair). In Bouncy the rapper with the deep voice is Mingi (my bias). If you like songs like Bouncy you should check out Halazia. It was their comeback before Bouncy. The members shown in order in Pirate King are Yunho (1:19), Seonghwa (1:26), Mingi (1:30), Jongho (2:18), San (2:23), Wooyoung (2:35), Yeosang (3:28), and Hongjoong (3:33). They have a dystopian pirate theme throughout their MVs and a connecting storyline. The little bit at the end of each video is a teaser for their next album. Their fandom name is ATINY which is a combination of ATEEZ and Destiny. Some more songs you should check out are Answer, Wave, Mist (no MV but there is a live stage), and Turbulence. Hongjoong is the leader of the group but because their theme is pirates, he goes by captain. Seonghwa is the oldest member. He originally was supposed to be a rapper, but they thought he was better for a vocalist. In Bouncy he is the third rapper tho. Jongho is the maknae and the main vocalist of the group. He has an insane voice. If you want, there is a kingdom live stage called Wonderland (symphony No. 9 "From the Wonderland") that's amazing. Mingi is missing from it because he was on hiatus at the time. Sorry for the long comment.

If you hear them sing a slow song, it will definitely make you cry if you want to hear jongho, which is the youngest with the vocals, check out him on a mortal songs 2 he performs a song called so you absolute perfection. He also has another slow one out he’s by himself and there’s a gentleman playing a piano. I can’t remember the song but it’s beautiful.

All of the original performance line are main dancers: Yunho, Mingi, and Wooyoung. In addition, Yunho acts as their dance leader, helping them with the details of the choreo.

you should listen to "turbulence" if you want to hear a more softer song from them. they dont have much soft title songs but that one stands out. they do have soft bsides though, and if you want a showcase of jongho's solo singing ability, in their new comeback that released yesterday, world ep fin, jongho has a solo song which you can check out.
