Original Song:
• SCARDUST feat. PATTY G...
Пікірлер: 72
That's a no-brainer : One of the best bands nowadays, soooo full of new ideas and twists and turns. And Orr Didi, the bass player : most entertaining bass player EVER
Patty Gurdy is awesome. I love her cover of Over The Hills And Far Away.
Noa has an amazing range!!! Please check out their song "Evolution of a Disney Princess..but she's metal"
Noa is one of the best living female singers imho. The Whitney Houston of Metal.
Hey there from a fellow Elliott (yes, with two 'l's and two 't's)! 😀In this video there is a subliminal suggestion to the final scenes where Noa and Patty are exiting the VR of the video in the destructed environment, their eventual concrete cages. If you pause the video right about the line "The Earth is worn" and step frame by frame you will find two non-consecutive frames of Noa and Patty in the final environment in the same choreography as they are in the forest scene. I thought the distortion was a bit odd so I went searching frame by frame and discovered this. (On KZread, when paused the period and comma keys will move 1 frame forward and backwards, respectively. At least on US keymaps, I'm not sure about other countries' keyboard mappings.)
Most reactors I watch react to songs I already know. This song/band is the only one I recently discovered via a reactor. Wow, I can't believe I somehow missed this one. A perfect blend of Prog Metal, Symphonic Metal, and Folk Metal. This is definately a band destined to take the Metal world by storm. Can't wait for their new album to come out.
Gotta love Prog metal
The musicianship reminds me of the intricacy of Emerson, Lake and Palmer, Jethro Tull, Yes and King Crimson - This track turns me to mush every time I hear it!
In my top 3 song of the year 2022 👌 Scardust's amazing! Try Arrowhead 🤟
Today is Israel's independence day!! I'm not sure if you knew that before posting, but I love it 💙
So beautiful this master piece is, I love scardust, I hope they come to Santiago of Chile so I can go to see them, I love you all scardust!!
Phenomenal performance. Everything went together perfectly.
What a great surprise from you to make a reaction video to my new favorite (symphonic) progressive metal band from Israel with stellar musicians and a vocal beast Noa Gruman, who:
Just love this band, can't get enough of them! 🤘
I'm really enjoying seeing my favorite reactors discover Scardust. They are an amazing band, and this is just the tip of the iceberg. I recommend continuing your journey with Arrowhead, Gone, the Sands of Time suite, Over, Under (Over and Under address best listened to back-to-back). And just for fun, Evolution of the Disney Princess But She's Metal.
Great reaction - for more 'hurdy-gurdy' action, check out 'Cellar Darling' from Switzerland. Their tune 'Death' would be a good place to start.
Orr Didi is the MAN ! he gives bass playing a new paradigm........mad props to Noa, the band, the Hellscore choir and the cinematographer for this crazy video........and Patty Gurdy is just fantastic.........
I know this is 5 months old but I just had this pop up in my feed. Huge Patty Gurdy fan who was turned on to Scardust by this collaboration. The look on your face during the bass solo was a mirror to my own the first time I saw this.
Soooo much going on in this song. Enjoyed.
When I first heard this I was smiling all the way through, and bonus, this band actually tackled Ghost Love Score, and only made a couple of really slight changes. I had actually picked that one to check her out, since Nightwish is hella tough, and oh yeah. Definitely, and how much fun is Orr, there? He seems like he's got a bit of the Sabaton guys' attitude, which I of course love :)
