All her major techniques and vocal characteristics she learned by emulating jazz greats like Billie Holiday, Etta James, Nina Simone and Sarah Vaughan - not simple targets. She does incredible honour to their originals all while making classic sings her own. She's one of a kind, in all respects.

Her voice nd style are very unique!

When Angelina was younger she would occasionally misstate words here and there due to language reasons. As she gets older, outside of intentional and jazz-common vowel manipulations her choices are much more intentional. She has 130+ covers plus half dozen or so originals for you to react to and enjoy. Get going! In full disclosure, I believe Angelina based this performance on a Sara Bareilles rendition of the Elton John classic (with, of course, some unmatchable Angelina vocal "touches" sprinkled in here and there)!

She began singing at one and a half years old and by the age of three was listening to jazz and the classics on repeat, singing along and absorbing styles and techniques. She is a true prodigy. JUST SUBSCRIBED FOR ANGELINA. Sounds like you've done other AJ reactions that I'll check out. AJ is one of a few singers with a jazz background which gives her .the ability to arrange and sing songs with a variety of vocal skill that most of today's singer do not possess including those vowel inflections. Her English is perfect, better than most American's LOL. To see how great she really is with jazz I encourage you to view "I'M A FOOL TO WANT YOU, STUDIO VERSION" at 11 years old.
