99% of their songs will melt your face, it's in their DNA. Recommend Set The World On Fire live 2021. More epicness and thrashy AF. A Big 4 influenced song by all means but with next level solos / harmonization. Great reaction. 🤘

Yep! 💯 % …Set The World On Fire is astonishing! I also love Raise Some Hell. This band are really on another level - best find for me in years.

This band has 56 face melters. They are truly unique in their ability to perform at this level consistently from day one. Best band ever. Seriously. Yes, including the “greats”. Nobody has bought the attributes to the table that LOVEBITES have.

I came across them around Christmas time. Very opportune, I got my brother to buy me their ‘Heavy Metal Never Dies’ Tokyo concert on Blu-ray as a present. It’s stunning. They are an amazing band, can’t get enough of them :)

I would give anything to see Lovebites and Iron Maiden in the same night on the same tour.

Lovebites concerts are around 90 minutes and each song is just as complex as the next. Its amazing listening to 5 instruments (vocals included) in sync for that long. Just watching Haruna on drums and seeing how she not only keeps the train moving smoothly, but also accents vocals, guitar and bass in unique ways for each song. Then imagine remembering all that for each of the 15 or so songs in a full LBs concert. Then add to that how dry the guitar tones of Midori and Myako are, where there isn't a lot of effects used that could mask any mistakes.The technical excellence of each member should not be discounted.

They are all fantastic musicians, but yeah, Haruna is a truly exceptional drummer. I still notice details in her drumming in songs I've heard many times already.

All the members of Lovebites are outstanding musicians, but I think it is the sound of drums and vocals that makes Lovebites music unique and recognizable. Anyway, this is the first thing I noticed when I first met the band.

Lovebites live performances are unbelievably good. But my favorite music video is "Stand And Deliver (Shoot 'em Down)". You get to see them in their rehearsal studio in their street clothes. You get to see a really different side of them.

Wait till you hear songs like Set the world on fire and Break the Wall with original bassist Miho and Hammer of wrath with Fami on bass.

That's just because they are eye-watering good.

Currently my favorite band around. Not a bad song in their catalog. My personal favorite Break the wall. Give it a go. 🔥🔥🔥

Two songs to check out: ‘Stand and Deliver,’ start with the music video then the live version. ‘Swan Song’ with a Chopin intro. It’s a live video. Miyako, guitarist on the right, is a classically trained pianist and plays the intro.

Just started following these INCREDIBLE LADIES a few months ago and the first video I saw was a solo by Midori and someone commented she was pregnant when it was filmed 😲 but also at the end of the solo she put the guitar down and started a Piano solo 😲 they are UNREAL 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘 also found out there are numerous JapanMetal bands that are all or mostly women but can't get past Lovebites to check it out 😁🤘✌️

Welcome to the world of LOVEBITES. One correction. It was miyako, not midori, who attended the concert when she was four months pregnant. She had never played guitar until she was 18, specialising in piano. Of the members of LOVEBITES, vocalists asmai and miyako got married and gave birth.

So sweet...brutally sweet.. it's the finest form of deception...just when u thought ohhhh so sweet in those dresses...nxt thing they flex hard as the metal goddess. I prefer the MV. Knockin at Heaven's Gate videos generally have audio mix issue.

greatest collection of talent in one band i have ever seen. that is always up for debate but certainly applies to female bands. none better - then or now. you will be blown away every time by these beautiful ladies. and then wish you lived in japan. it's to the point of being unfair having TWO guitarists that can play at that level. can you say supergroup ? !

Love Harunas drumplaying. And there are lots of drummer s at her level but what impressed me is her stamina during a whole concert. In that sense she might be one of the best in the world. Don't get me wrong, i really love her cymbal work and she is like a programmed drummachine song after song and she checking her past druming it is hard to hear changes. Few drummers are that good

Forget music videos. The only way to listen to love bites is to watch them live. I've been going to concerts for over 50 years and I enjoy watching them immensely. They never disappoint musically and technically. Very diverse music, from 'edge of the world' to 'break the wall, to 'a frozen serenade ' to 'set the world on fire' to 'nameless warrior' to ' liar ' all live.

As much as Miyako shreds the guitar, she also plays classical piano at high recital performance level. Shadowmaker is the first track I heard from these goddesses, I have been lovebitten for nearly 6 and a half years to be honest. This band need to be a globally recognised. phenomenon.

These ladies are very talented. I was never a real metal head but I definitely don't have a problem listening to them. Another good one to check out is Unlucky Morpheus, they are a very talented group of musicians.
