The man she bumps into on the street at 1:18 is actually Lasse Hallstrom, the now famous director who back then made all the Abba videos for them.
One of the best songs ever written! I've heard it 1 billion times!

You two are so cute together discovering the wonders of ABBA. Through your excitement and joy when you stumble upon a particularly good ABBA song, I am able to relive my emotional response I experienced all those many years ago. Thanks for ending my day on such a high (ABBA) note! 😀

This is another ABBA gem! I love the rhythmic base of Tango that this song has
This is a great video from a very good song. Agnetha shines on lead vocals, Benny is fantastic on keys, Frida on chorus part and acting so fine... and Björn yawning😅 Another hidden gem, no doubt👌 It looks like you both really like it. See ya Marissa, Tyler Love ❤️ from Chile 🇨🇱😘👍

One of my very favorites. Top 10 of ABBA for me, for sure!
You both look happy with this song😂 Love the Bowiefied hair of Frida, but her eyes looked sad in some shots. It's the same time when she and Benny are finalizing their divorce.
FINALLY! I've waiting for that SO MUCH. My fav ABBA song became. I really love the Visitors album but that song punched me at the first hearing. What instrumentation, what a verse, what a CHORUS. I'm so glad that you enjoyed. More Visitors album please
When Frida slipped coming out that door it was for real and wanted it kept in the video. Great song loved it and the video when I first heard and saw it. The elation on both of your faces was lovely to watch.
I still won’t stop asking for My Mama Said - super funky- Gonna sing you my love song- just beautiful by Frida

Thank you for commenting a song which is one of my best beloved from ABBA ! The others are I do, I do, I do, I do, I do through which I discovered the group, Chiquitita, Fernando, The Winner Takes It All, Hasta Manana (which very few people know), Intermezzo 2 (instrumental), and above all their last song : The Day Before You Came ! Excuse my mistakes, I am French 🇫🇷
An ABBA side track - Benny and Bjorn wrote the music for the musical Chess. The song "I know him so well" was put out with two powerhouse singers from the UK.. Elaine Paige is huge there. It is a fantastic song. Whitney Houston and her mom Cissy also did a version of it.
One of their best songs that deserved more recognition. I heard it first in the 70's but rarely heard played. Very interesting melody and arrangement. Great hook.......Thanks for reacting guys.

Such a gem from The Visitors, great video as always. At 1.18 you can see the director of the video, Lasse Hallstrom, the man bumping accidentally into Frida.
Yay! Marissa gave it a 10 out of 10! Brought a smile and a tear to my eye! This is indeed a fun song and video! Love the After-Show teaser! Well done! Keep us in suspense!
Most likely in my top 10 ABBA videos - Hitchcook moment, At 1:18 the guy Frida runs into is Lasse Hallström, ABBA's producer. (in "every" film Alfred Hitchcook did the same, standing in a crowd, sitting on a bus or something like that, for a few sec.) I like to watch how agnetha work with her mouth / lips , especially in the beginning of the viddo, same in the Does Your Mother know video
@MarioDruet

Not the Abba's producer but the filmmaker almost all music videos and the film The Movie.
Nice to see you both so happy, I’m going to check the Recording Sessions Book on ABBA, but I’m pretty sure that the working title for Head Over Heels was called Tango, and I think Money Money Money was called that also. So you guys nailed the similarities bang on. I also loved Head Over Heels when I first heard it, looking forward to after show. All the best.

This song is so FUNNY! I never get tired of listening to it/see it!
Lovin´ ur ABBA videos, just suscribed, dont know if was already said here, but the guy that Frida run into with is Lasse Hallström, the video director, of tis and most ABBA videoclips
Yuys remember when i suggested this song long time ago, this is why i love the more experimental abba they sound great
The director of ABBA Videos, Lasse Hallström, appears at 1.19 colliding with Frida. Like Alfred Hitchcock can be seen in his own films.
if you have a boy friend, or a brother, the ladies (my sisters) really liked thIs one. (she pats his head and say's that's all very fine) tehe AWESOME REACTION VIDEO! TY!!!👍💅

Although I'm disappointed at the extent of the dislike the 2 of you seemed to have in your most recent ABBA reactions ( I thought they were still enjoyable songs, though not their best ), it's great to see that they can still bring you such apparent joy .. I was beginning to think you'd got bored with them .. Glad I was wrong !😊

we just had a few songs we didnt care for as much, but we still love abba!
This track has always seemed a little odd to me. It seems happy and carefree, but the characters in the story almost feel like they've given up working together, and in the music video it also feels less like the band we once knew, and more like four separate individuals that have come together for a collaboration project that nobody is quite invested in. Than again, hearing it the first time on The Visitors album (surrounded by songs of life contemplation & relationship breakups) may have influenced that viewpoint somewhat!
Chromatic scale! Haven’t heard that name since the days of band geekdom.
More ABBA songs please 🙏🏻
One of Agnetha`s best vocal in a abba song.
I like the verse better as well and to be honest this used to be less of a favorite for me but now I’ve re-examined it from a fresh perspective and for that I thank you both!
Angel Eyes is a great song too! Agnetha Falkskog A+ Album is excellent also.
Thanks, Marissa! Thanks, Tyler! 🔃 #TylerCreatesContent #HeadOverHeels #ABBA
I'll be bummed when you have no more ABBA songs to react to.
Sadly, this was the single that broke ABBA's streak of 18 consecutive Top 10 singles in the UK (peaking at #25) and was considered to be such a commercial disappointment that it was left of their "The Singles:The First Ten Years" collection (released the same year the single was released). It wasn't released as a single in the US, instead being used as the B-side to "The Visitors" there. Ironically, it performed better on the singles chart than both of the new tracks issued as singles from "The Singles" (which peaked at #32 and #26). It was to be their highest charting brand new release until "Don't Shut Me Down" peaked at #9 in 2021. it's such a shame that "Head Over Heels" didn't perform better, as it is (as you both stated) a real banger!

Weird, seems like an instant hit. I think the UK charts suddenly moved away into New Romantic territory and ABBA’s sound didn’t fit this transition. Weirdly Bucksfizz (clearly influenced by ABBA) hit number 1 this year and fused some of the ABBA style with New Romanticism and a touch of rock. ABBA were winding down. This song would have been much bigger if released just a year or so earlier.
.... Beginning of "Knowing me, Knowing you". ....???? Lol 😂
His reaction is so funny but is ok couse he love thia music 😊
The last lasse halstrom video...?.
this song is really a masterclass in pop writing.. i still don't completely know what's going on in the chorus

Or even an ABBA documentary in order to deep dive into their background, history and get to know the wealth of stories hidden behind their songs their attitude and moral standards.
Marisa & Tyler, so nice to see you again in another reaction to ABBA songs "Head over heels" (1981) It's a very good song (between 7 or 8 pts) unfairly despised or relegated The video is one of ABBA's most creative; and the most funniest, with "Bang a Boomerang" (1975), "When I kissed the teacher" (1976) and "Take a chance on me" (1978) it could be a sequence of "Money money money" Frida is excellent in her performance, while Agnetha accompanies the narration of the story with mischievous winks The song has the typical contrasts that ABBA exploits so well: a soft opening melody with a sweet solo by Agnetha, then moving on to a powerful chorus with one of the best and most beautiful harmonies by Agnetha and Frida In my opinion it is one of the best songs on the album "The Visitors" It was #25 in the UK, a great brand for any band or singer, but it was not what ABBA expected, or what was expected of ABBA (for me it deserved to be Top 10) And maybe could be an influence of tango in their melody (I'm from Buenos Aires, tango city) I see you in next ABBA vídeo My best regards from Buenos Aires Argentina

always appreciate the breakdowns 🙌 thanks for watching!
Love your reactions, but... I think you would have been able to appreciate all these songs better if you had recognised their different musical eras - connect each song with the progression of music from early 70s to early 80s
You should also react to Hasta Manana (English version). It was recorded in 1974 and ABBA almost picked this song for their Eurovision entry. It has an official video clip, although it is not on Abba vevo channel on youtube. Dont know why, but it was advertised with this clip internationally. Heres the link: kzread.info/dash/bejne/X6KCpceDZKm2dLA.html
The Thompson twins , we are detective, stole the music from this for there hit song
I believe it's not one of their most popular songs but it's my favourite. Maybe they don't understand the tango rhythm!
Do some other music that Björn and Benny did. Like ”One Night i Bangkok” etc.
