Section 107 of the Copyright Act provides the statutory framework for determining whether something is a fair use and identifies certain types of uses-such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research-as examples of activities that may qualify as fair use. The start of the video is a follow on from their big breakthrough hit the year before called Take On Me-it was the singer as a cartoon character come to life & leading the woman on an adventure in a comic strip she was reading

@@africareact No problem, if you haven't seen that video then the start of this one makes zero sense & just looks like some bizarre random idea they came up with that doesn't fit with the rest of the video.

Excellent message in this song. It's easy to be influenced by television, movies, all the stuff where, "The sun always shines." Works the other way as well, it's just as easy to seek out depressing stuff. Maybe I'm getting too deep, but it seems it's much like eating. Plenty of choices but in the end we are the ones deciding what to put in our mouths. Good song. 💖💖💖💖

Great reaction. My interpretation of the setting in the video is that TV in the 80s (and social media today) have become a substitute to religion, a church full of "plastic people" with no feelings. Please react to more a-ha songs. They have a lot of great music, and even made the title track to a James Bond movie, "Living Daylights". "Manhattan Skyline", "Stay on these roads" and "Summer moved on" are three suggestions. In the last one the singer, Morten Harket, held a tune for 20,2 seconds which gave him the European record for the longest helt tune in top 40 hits.

These three guys from Norway who can not stand each other when they are together, gather once again to make new music. The plan is to release 12 new songs and a movie next year. They make at least good music.😄

Saying they can't stand each other is based on rumors and backbiting. They have worked closely together for 40 years (even living upon each other the first periode), and if they had not tolerated each other's faces, a-ha would probably have been dissolved many years ago never to come back together again. They respect each other, and I think very few will tolerate such close cooperation over such a long period of time without taking a break from each other from time to time, except for spouses. Unlike most other world artists, however, they are honest and talk openly about collaboration problems, which naturally arise when three strong artistic personalities are to work as closely together as these guys have done.
