Which dinner menu item would you want to try?
Maybe I missed it but what kind of plane is this? It is good to know there are still some widebody jets flying from west coast to east.

This was on an internationally configured Boeing 777-200. These are common domestically during the winter season, but during the summer season you'll find these flying primarily internationally
I tried to get a Polaris seat on a flight to Japan but it won't give me an option to get it. Just says they are unavailable to me. How can one but these seats?

If you book directly with United, you'd need to double check that you're search is for a business class seat. They're very popular for long flights and could sell out weeks before the flight
