Говори на своём языке!Монгольское имя Оюуна корень слово Оюу - Бирюза, надо правильно писать. Совсем потеряли свои корни, даже имена свои не могут правильно написать.Куда вы катитесь? Скоро совсем исчезните!

Not sure if anyone has pointed this out. "Tmin" is not an English word to my knowledge. I'm assuming this comes from Russian тмин, which translates to "caraway" in English. Happy khorkhogging!

I've seen caraway listed on a khorkhog recipe and I think they look like caraway too. So makes sense.

It is Caraway. Mongolians don’t put thyme into their stone cooked BBQ. However fresh thyme and rosemary is used for things like stew and roast meat these days in Mongolia.
