I was looking for this comment lol! I thank Guitar Hero for introducing me to SOOOOO many fantastic bands!

This is the short version,the full version has longer solos.

When I first saw this video on MTV’s Headbangers Ball (yes, it’s that old), I initially thought it was a parody video, played back at double speed, making fun of thrash metal and shredders, but oh, no; they are the real deal. I got to see them live years later at a small club. It’s a shame they don’t get enough recognition (beyond the world of guitar geeks) for making fantastic power metal

For sure, they are epic and among the top of the greats. Ever see the live vid of, Epica, ft. Floor Jansen doing ‘ Sancta Terra’ beyond the classical/operatic part, which with them doing them is amazing, the music, like metal part, total head bangers ball, real heavy metal, with a crazy twist. Look it up if you haven’t, sure it’ll be enjoyable.

I was 13 when I first saw this video. It changed my whole world. At 15, my two buds and I went to see them live. My first mosh pit and wall of death. I'll never forget it.

"Those guitar solos completely blow my mind, the lyrics are beautiful, his singing is beautiful. The drummer is... keeping on time." It says a lot about a song when "keeping time" is impressive for a drummer. But in this case... Yeah. I see it.

Since Li told us about the Poly live "drama" i just understand how hard it is to manage to keep "synchronized". I always thought they just do their thing out of memory etc..

Find the cover Junna did of the drums for this, she's just about perfect according to their own drummer, and you get to see just how insane the drums are through the entire song.

This may well be my favourite ever reaction to this song. The joy & surprise is wonderful!

2007: This song was recommended to me by a friend from Myspace (hey, I said 2007). I plugged in my headphones and listened to it as I was typing at work. Soon I was up to 65+ words a minute, which was astronomical for me at the time. There may have also been heart palpitations.

1000% this! Unleash the Archers is like the love child between Iron Maiden and DragonForce. Plus, Brittney Slayes is one of the few metal singers in Floor Jansen's talent sphere.

Just remember to give that poor drummer some praise during that epic double guitar "solo" dude kept the beat through all that crazy shit!

Saw lovebites live with dragonforce at the end of 2019! Both amazing bands live! Sam and herman ended up dressing in their gear while playing!!!

Great reaction I love this band I’ve seen them 9 times as they keep playing in my home town. they also got me into Babymetal because they wrote and did the guitar riffs for road of resistance they only played it on the album metal resistance and dragonforce actually performed it at an award show as well as gimme chocolate.

Ive always though that Marc Hudson (dragonforce lead singer) looks like Kevin Dubrow *RIP* (quiet riot lead singer from the 80s) but today i realized that Marc's profile also makes him look like weird al yankovic

If nobody has mentioned before... Herman Li, one of the most likeable and most talented guitarists out there is going to invite Miku Kobato from Band-Maid to his Twitch Channel and is going to have a little chat with her... this song is more or less multiple solos by mostly herman li the main guitarist so when you asked " what was that?" i would like to said " the G. solo" not only G for " guitar" but too because it's the "G point of eargasm" and herman li is one of the best if not "the best" "shreder" wich is a musician based on speed and technic!

The edited music video, i wish KZread would delete this version, there's over two minutes cut out. But yeah, you'll get a solo like that in about every one of their songs. they don't hold back. hahahaha first time hearing dragon force dual guitar solo and mind blown, yet they do this like every song

This is literally the FIRST song on the album. This is basically the warm up song for everything else that's to come. I made the mistake of listening to the album this is off of while driving. The cops didn't appreciate me trying to drive as fast as this song. As for suggestions: Michael Angelo Batio - Double Guitar Shred Medley. Herman Li one of the guitarist for Dragonforce once did a reaction video to it and his reaction to it was 1 to 1 yours watching this video. It's THAT insane.

The thing that I love is that you actually REALLY LOVE this music. You can see it, it's awesome.

I've just read a fun fact about Sam Totman (the one going ham next to Herman drinking the beer)... he was ACTUALLY also drunk in the making of that solo. Yeah, i know.. Mind = blown.
