И это был ,всего лишь телевизионный конкурс для детей из неблагополучных семей. И вдруг, такое открытие было сделано, на этом конкурсе под названием "Ты супер", на российском телеканале НТВ. Неожиданное для многих открытие, такой уникально, талантливой певицы мирового класса , Дианы Анкудиновой ,а тогда еще просто ребенка 15 летнего! Keep in mind that before this competition, Diana was not missed even further than blind auditions in Voice Kids Russia. I still don't understand how none of the mentors could have chosen her.

This contest was for hospice children who had been abandoned or adopted, it was called "You are Super", at that time I think Diana was 14 years old. And having Igor Krutoy on the jury ...

Not only the talent but the musicality and character to back it up. I have noticed that she appeals to reactors from many, many cultures. They all seem to have fallen for a sweet young girl from the Pacific Russian coast.

This is Glorious!! Diana absolutely soars when she let it loose and, damn! I felt like I was soaring right along with her. What a powerful voice, so much passion and very theatrical.. She is Phenomenal!!

You have excellent taste I see - but I respectfully disagree with the order! LOL (Floor's still my ultimate queen). It's kinda scary to think though how f##king good Diana will be in another, say, dozen years!!!! She's admittedly already at Floor's level of stage presence and command. "Awesome" falls far short.

On the screen you can see the inscription - "Live sound". All participants sing only in live voices - this is a condition of the competition. Diana perfectly knows the technique of yodel, for her voice switching as easy as breathin She is a singer with incredibly velvet contralto, the range grows with her. She is 17 years old, she knows a lot about vocals, but how many discoveries in her talent await us all in the future! The voice will grow with her. Diana continues to learn and improve. Diana has a "black belt" in vocals! This is our Russian treasure - a musical diamond! The singing of Diana is always magic, shamanism! At the vocal contest of the Russian NTV channel for children with a difficult fate “You are super!” Diana won at age 14. She sang a fragment of this song there. Two years later, the channel announced the super season of the competition. Diana participated in it for the second time and won the Grand Prix. Igor Krutoy is one of the jury members of this vocal competition. Igor gave Diana an apartment in Moscow after her first victory in this contest! He strongly supports Diana and the rest of the contest participants "You are super!".

Great to see you reacting to Diana again. I've loved her voice since the first time I saw this video almost a year ago. (By the way, you are inserting an extra syllable in her last name - it is basically ahn-koo-DEEN-ova, not ahn-koo-DIAN-ova). The show she is on here is called You Are Super. It is a show to highlight the talents of children from unfortunate backgrounds (orphaned, abused, etc.). Unlike The Voice, they don't turn their chairs around. Each contestant needs 3 of the 4 judges to ring/buzz in to pass them on to the next round. Diana won 2 seasons in a row, the second being a "super season" for past winners with 4/4 judges every time. Igor Krutoy, the bald gentleman that you were saying should have buzzed in earlier was just waiting for a point where he wouldn't interrupt her. Igor is a famous Russian composer who came out of semi-retirement to start collaborating with Dimash. (You will see him in various Dimash videos playing piano) He was so impressed with Diana that he bought an apartment for her and her mother in Moscow so that Diana could attend university to study music there.

@@JustJenReacts Yeah, I suspect the subtleties of Russian pronunciation are throwing me off. I think it may actually be more like "dyenova" with the "y" being very soft. But I know almost no Russian, so I'm just going from what I've heard as well in her videos and what native Russian speakers have tried to explain elsewhere. I could easily be not hearing it properly and/or mispronouncing it myself. At least we agree on how great she is! :-)

You have never heard a voice like hers before because she is a Dramatic Contralto, a voice so rare if you hear it once in your lifetime you are lucky. And Diana is supremely talented as well!
