First Successful Fried Liver Defense (100% Accuracy According To Computer)

Ойындар

That fried liver trick that always happens when you play at the beginner level...today I figured out how to counter it. I was not in the mood to deal with another Fried Liver again, so I decided to take my slight lead in development to set a mating net. Let's watch how I figured it out. Let me know in the comments if you guys use the Fried Liver and how you guys defend against it!

Yep! Other people were saying this in the comment section, so I went on a binge of Traxler videos after making this. So much to learn! Now that I know what this defense is, I’m sure I’ll be even more prepared next time! But I do not fear the fried liver anymore 😎😎

@@JerryCricketGaming A move I learned from Chess Vibes, when white moves Ng5, you do pawn d5, attacking the bishop. They take with their pawn first cause bishop is part of the attack and they can't lose it, then you gallop your right side Nd4, and white here commonly pushes the pawn d6 to open up the bishop line again. Take pawn with queen, opponent follows through with Nf6, slide Qc6 "attacking the bishop", knight takes rook h8, surprise attack! Qg2 now threatening their rook! So Rf1, check w/Qe4, and most people protect with bishop instead of queen, but that's checkmate with Nf3
