So much fun to see them slip sliding away. I have awd and 4 snow tires on. I used to live in Roxbury on Ft.Hill. Want to see strange let some drive around there. I lived there some 50 years ago. On my block one of the neighbour's had 3 1948 armored trucks on his lawn. He said everything was secured in there. On top of Ft.Hill there was a house that had a strange wall around his property that was growing in height every week. He had broken glass atop of the wall. The height finally hit 10 feet when he stopped adding height. He had windows like from a castle that if they were open added light but unless you had a helicopter you had no idea what he was hiding. Wacky weed. Wild time back then. I think they were friends of Jerry Rubin !

When I was a young guy out of high school I had a job at a small hospital in the Jamaica Plain section of Boston,In a bad storm we would chain up the old Checker station wagon and go around picking up nurses and bringing them home,never had many issues and lots of fun,now we have all wheeldrive 4 wheel drive traction control and abs and this is what we get , thanks for the vids,good clean fun, Yessa

I grew up in Pennsylvania and I remember every year like clockwork, around Thanksgiving, everyone would put their snow tires on their vehicle. We got around without many problems. Awd is awesome in ice and snow with the right tires. Remember no matter how expensive or cheap or whay your drivetrain is the only thing between your rear end and the asphalt is your Tires. Never go cheap on tires, always buy the most expensive money can buy. Personally I buy tires that awesome in rain, and snow cause even cheap tires are decent when it's dry.

Snow tires, people, snow tires! Most people don't understand how much of a difference good snow tires can make. Tire Rack has posted some videos showing back-to-back comparisons of summer, all-season (three-season, actually), and winter/snow tires. Imagine that: snow tires are better on SNOW and ICE! Who would've thought that!?

I live in a rural area in the mountains, that snow there where these nuts cannot even drive is what we consider a dusting that even 16 yr olds around here could tackle easily. We get dumped on for snow and have mountains and hills so I hope none of those nuts where you live ever visit here in the winter. There's a few nuts around here as well, usually in 4wd trucks that think they should be able to do the speed limit and end up spinning around and stuck in ditches. Love your snow follies. I look foward to them every year. BUT... you said AWD isn't good in the snow??? I'll beg to differ. I'm in MT, it's snowing now, slick roads, and I love my subaru in the snow. I'll drive up roads with no issues while others slip and slide. I love it when cars next to me spin their tires when lights turn green and i get almost instant traction. Two years ago, I put snow tires on for the first time. Now my subaru is even more sure footed in the snow and ice. Can't believe the difference they made. Keep the vids coming. Hope you have many funny views this winter. Seemed like last winter was a little disappointing for the entertainment value.

Maybe some of these drivers should learn what 4WL or D1 actually can do to get them out of these situations, plus as everyone else states, proper seasonal tires vs summer tires. It's got to be frustrating all the noise for all this madness but you found a good outlet to record it and its free entertainment of course at the cost of sanity! Thanks for sharing!!

My biggest problem was Belmont St from Lincoln Sq..... I would go from Washington Sq. down Shrewsbury st... I had to know all the short cuts... Being a Heating Serviceman in the winter was tough..... Have Fun... 🤔⛄

You guys need to import some of us Canadians. Snow is not a problem for us. If it's a few inches up to 6 inches, normal day.6 inches to a foot, some care required we may be 15 minutes late to work. 3 feet we just wait for the plow before heading out. I've driven through a Lake Effect storm from Erie to Syracuse; the NYSP were closing the I90 and asked me if I really wanted to go through. I did. It was great in a way because I had absolutely nobody else on the interstate. You just need to change your driving habits and have proper tires.
