I would take the bayliss too man, this is why you need to finish your detached garage and get tools and have Dado come to you for half the episodes. You guys should have her practice emergency stops and downshifting fast to a stop. She will be so much more comfortable ! Love the video !

Hey Jaret, I was curious what company you use for the ceramic wheel bearings on the single sided Ducati's? My brother has a Ducati Multistrada 1260 and he is getting the wheels powder coated white and figured we would do ceramic bearings but was told there wasn't one for the rear wheel.

Literally the only reason I won’t be buying the new black color of the V2. It’s just unreasonable that they haven’t fixed this.

I taught my Wife to ride in 1996 after several bikes we bought new matching panigales in 2014. My Wife a 899 me a 1199 . We both got rid of our panigales they were beautiful, but miserable to ride because of the heat I've witnessed burns on the inside of her thighs it made it less and less enjoyable taking them out her more than me. Get as much training as possible, boyfriends/significant others can't teach you like a pro can. My Wie & I still get out there now she's riding an aprilia rs660 me a 1290r superduke & M1000R Competition. We're out for a track day this weekend and super pumped. Ride w your gear and get your training. 🤙🏾

This is a great couple. Positive, encouraging and supportive. What a great life.....keep living gold, stay humble and ride safe. Nice bikes!!!

yep same here!

New bikes are tuned lean from the factory to pass emissions and the 'cat' also adds to the heat, If you remove the cat and tune it more rich half the heat will disappear

Very cool ride! Love the Tricolore styling and the new gear. Also I feel for you guys with all that smoke... we went through similar couple of years ago during bush fires surrounding Sydney. Air quality so bad had to stay indoors.

Great job Teens! NGL, i was nervous when you ran a bit wide in those 2 turns, especially with the guard rail so close. Maybe crash protection for the next mod, and grab some cones for parking lot practic? Once you get used to leaning the bike over, you won't be afraid of falling off, and taking turns becomes the most fun ever!

Totally agree with you, ride to your own limit. Dont try and over do it, because at the end of the day you ride motorcycles for yourself not for others. So you ride to where you feel comfortable and enjoy it.

That's exactly correct!

That V2 is so nice! I love the black for sure but I think I'd take the Bayliss. Or go with the standard red and do a custom livery. Not a fan of the white because of the red accents/wheels.

Glad she decided to ride again and feels comfortable on a bike again!👍👏

Bayliss with the nice colors

Definitely the Bayliss... I mean the stickers are like 5HP each! (but seriously I love the race Livery) and black=more heat... (although I do love the black/red combo) Take our smoke! I'd rather it be going south, then blowing east/west lol I Suggest you tuck your laces under the other cross laces... it'll keep them from getting caught on moving parts (been there done that once and ONLY once lol) The other way is to tuck laces into your boot and tie it on the inside (instead of middle)... works for me. Id be up for gear reviews. I watch tons of those already. What I would maybe recommend is do an episode of just stripping the bike. There's quite a bit to take off, and you can just leave the bike at Dados overnight until you start doing bolt ons, then the body work can come last anyways. Always "Ride your own ride"... people that wreck often are trying to either impress, or keep up, riding beyond their ability. When I group ride IM always in the back because A) Exhaust smells awesome lol B ) I can drop back and then catch up at my pace C) The group I ride with will always plan our ride ahead and wait if somebody falls behind.

I'd take the Bayliss any day.. There's black bikes everywhere but you never see a Bayliss. Also very glad to see Teens is so much more comfortable in her new gear, looking bad freaking ass!

Is there and undertail exhaust option for the twin? Great video guys ... the air pollution situation looks worrying. Stay safe ...

nice vid, me personally id prefer the black red V2 vs Bayliss one thats just me. Please be carful Teens, haven't been on a bike for a while plus new gear break in etc, hearing you comment about your wrists / heat etc, i still think you should have gotten the Monster but again that's just me. Just take your time getting into it, lots of seat time is a must when you're learning again, yeah its a V2 and not V4, but 155 hp is no joke and can bite hard, ride safe guys, cheers! PS re the wild fires, yeah here in Ottawa over the last few days it was bad!! winds have shifted now, so Toronto and NYC are getting it now, and you guys, cheers

Would go for the Bayliss for sure. Better parts. If Teens wants, she can always order the black parts from Ducati? Probably cheaper than full Öhlins and more :)

I'm going to my Ducati dealership to talk with them about the new black V2. I wish it had the Ohlins, but the I guess the price is lower. The Bayliss is not really a limited edition though, they just keep making them so long as they can sell them - they're up to nearly 4000 in the numbering already!

Glad you all had fun. I'm wondering if a wrist weight work out item would help. Like a a piece or round wood wit a 1 lb weight tide to it with rope or string that can be wound up and down with her wrist. Just was wondering. Thank you for sharing. I have friends in Jersey and they have to stay inside cause of fires there. Stay safe and healthy.

Good video. The friction zone of the clutch is basic stuff in a Motorcycle safety class. Might be good if Christina signed up for the class

We actually did the motorcycle safety class together in cali which is how she got her license

Jared, couldn't have said it better and nice ride - love the Bayliss and that V4S! Ride your own ride! Don't let anyone push you past what you can do. Nothing wrong with training to become a better rider but your skill level on the street should never exceed what you feel is comfortable - save it for the track. Do they pay for your bike or your medical bills? Kindly smile and tell them to STFU. lol

a stock v2 , their known crotch burners, great fall bike, an exhaust mod will help with that, the rist thing, adjust , the levers where your hand is level and straight with your arm, if youre haven to bend youre wrists up or down, then it needs to be set to you, and her bike is the bomb, colors that is, for me anyway, im a traditionist, great vidio, enjoyed it.

I can’t do the laces thing on my riding shoes, I’m always afraid the lace would get caught in the front sprocket and ruin my day. I use the Icon BOA system for peace of mind.

I would go for a red V2 and then add aftermarket ohlins forks and shock along with lighter wheels and use it on track, The Baylis looks great but as a track rider the price premium for it is to much for what it is. It is a great/cool bike for people who are not track day junkies. looking forward to see this bike modded some

V2 is a great bike for Alaska. It is Unacceptable to have that kind of Heat and not getting fixed by total Laziness. Not a single V2 owner has not complained about the same issue.

I like the production values and the V2 Troy Bayliss is phenomenal. I also get the "I want my dream bike" but she doesn't look comfortable on it. If it's for the clicks for sure just let her ride with tight pants on a V2 Panigale. But if it's about having fun on the bike (in the end they are toys right?!) I would suggest something else than a leader sports bike. A lower CC standard/Naked can be just as much fun and much easier to ride.... or get her on some track courses to learn the bike. Not wanting to sound condescending. Cheers from the italian alps.

If teens added tank grips on the sides, she could squeeze her thighs a lil more into the tank, and that will help reduce pressure/weight on her wrists! Also, have you tried adjusting her levers and clip ons at all? Like Dave Moss videos, lil bit can make a noticeable difference!

I'd get the black v2 because I like black bikes. Hill starts are always hard on bikes without hill hold.

Never heard of a chain an sprocket needs a test ride. Either it spins or it doesn’t. More money than cents.
