    I’ve watched most of your videos and they helped me pass my mod 2 today. The challenge now is to try and keep riding as I’ve been trained and not get lazy… I’m definitely interested in what you do next to further build your skills with advanced training etc. Ride safe!

    Are we going to see your test rides on prospective new bike or have you already decided. I’ve got 650 Interceptor. Do you think it’s too much of a step up to go for BMW R1250RS, not GS? If I went for say a 900cc what would you go for

  • @MotoEcosse

    @MotoEcosse

    2 жыл бұрын

    Hopefully get a few test rides. I've narrowed it down to a couple of bikes so I'll see how it goes. To be honest you can just about jump on any bike, it's all about your mindset while riding. A 1000cc sports bike for example can do 30mph just like a 125cc. The difference is how you use the power and the physical weight of the bike. The RS definitely seems a bit more sporty than the GS. GS is more of an adventure style bike. The biggest thing about those bikes is going to be getting used to the weight. They're both probably close to 250KG bikes which is a heavy bike. Obviously the only time you'd notice this is manual handling etc. Triumph do a few nice 900cc bikes, so does BMW and Kawasaki. If it was me I'd probably go for something like the BMW F 900 XR or the Kawasaki Z900. They're just more my personal style of bikes.
