    If this guy isn’t an instructor he real should be the way he explains is brilliant your videos are really helping me out got my mod1 on Monday it’s Friday now and how my nerves are gaining strength I’m going to be really nervous even though my instructor keeps stating how I’m really good and better than what he was when he first started riding in a way I know I’m ready for mod1 but mod2 uffff

    Hi. Got my CBT a month ago and bought a 125. I'm out each day practicing as I want to get my class 'A' license. Love your videos and am learning alot from watching them. So want to say thank you so much for these, as they are really helping me build up to my full license. Thank you 🙂

    Just returned to riding after 20 years on a cb500f.even though I used to class myself as a experience rider averaging 20 thousand mile a year I now class myself as a beginner the basics are still there but little tips like this are helping a lot.

    Same here Gary and you make a great point about how we should treat ourselves as beginners after taking such a long break.

    Got my Mod 2 on Monday at Ayr. Buzzing to get my L plates off my bike and to get a nice big bike. It's bloody expensive but it's gonna be well worth it

    Cheers for the tip, though I did learn a bit about this leading up to my test. The only place where I've found this method awkward is turning right at Y junctions, viewing approaching traffic from the left is almost impossible, whilst turning right without blading is also more difficult. On the subject of test rides, with the arrival of my KTM 890 Adventure R I currently have three bikes. It, the Kawasaki ZZR 1400 Performance Sport and a Yamaha FZ1-S Custom which I plan to sell. I'm not far from you in Perth, if you fancy a day trying all three get in touch. As well as this channel I've set up a new one Grey Wolf all three bikes can be seen between the two.

    @@MotoEcosse That'll be great 👍 I'll be posting my first ride on the KTM 890 Adventure R with my wife as pillion on my new channel Grey Wolf soon. We chat and she gives her opinion on the bike, her likes and dislikes. Of coarse she was always going to compare it to the ZZR 1400, which understandably makes any comparison unfair, whatever the competition.

    Haha, how dare they take over your car park! Don't they know how important their car park is to people learning to ride from your videos? I did learn about that manoeuvre, but can't remember if they gave it a name. Hope all is well with you dude. Glad you're out enjoying the fine weather. And keep up the good work 😁

    Do you counterstear at all or just turn?

  • @MotoEcosse

    @MotoEcosse

    Countersteering is something that every rider has to do. Once you get above slow maneuver speeds,. countersteering will naturally take over. 🤜🤛

    blading also means you are facing oncoming traffic and if someone fucked up turn left here you cant get away. wont that be a concern as well?

  • @MotoEcosse

    @MotoEcosse

    The difference isn't huge so you're not facing on coming traffic. You're still on your side of the road.
