😂 the real question is how many of us are going to sing the splash mountain song in our heads

Hate to inform you Mondo. In Disneyland, splash mountain had 107 animatronics. WDW splash mountain had 68. Both new versions of Tiana's Bayou Adventure will have a total of 17 animatronics in each. That's it.

Thats only counting the character animatronics and not the critter animatronics

These Critter pictures they are showing, are reminding me a lot of Trading Cards. Do they maybe give these out at the end of the ride, or sell them in the new gift shops?

Not many can remember the characters but I can remember them like🫰🏾that😂😂

I am heartbroken that old animatronics from splash Mountain or not being used they’ve could’ve fit so well and they could’ve saved a lot more money if they were to reuse them but who knows maybe though use them

I’m not sure what Rara has to do with anything, it’s like drum and whistle music from Haiti that is most closely associated with Easter. I do not think there were many performances of it last weekend though. New Orleans has a big tradition of marching band and festival music so not sure why you wouldn’t go with that. Is it going away from being Bayou centric and more Caribbean, looking for some regional ingredients or something???

I think they’ll have all the Critters at Disneyland too- especially with the reimagined Critter Country and shop and meet and greet. Tiana will be greeting guests in that outfit at WDW at 1900 Park Fare where they will be serving her menu including gumbo etc… I am going to WDW in May and July. Got my reservations.

More news is always welcomed, I’m glad the critters will remain just seems like these ones will be playing home made instruments, im curious if we get any Easter eggs like a couple critters from original splash re purposed and in the background along the other critters maybe dancing to the music, thank you for the updates mondo

God this looks so bad. It breaks my heart to see how bad this art looks. Disney really pushed out all of their old talent and replaced them with the girls that grew up on Tumblr and DeviantArt

Who decided it was a good idea to add their animal OCs into the mountain? And a new story is a bizarre idea since we know they are not making a new movie for Tiana, of all the princesses… and if the concept art gives us the mountain we have right now, imagine how badly these will translate
