  Why the disparagement??? How awesome is it that Disney Imagineering used the salt mines of Avery Island, Louisiana, used during the Civil War, to create the entrance to the ride, so exciting to ponder the fate of up to 500 black slaves at a time while they toiled and were tortured during the Civil War (See Rice University - Avery Island for further details) covered in infected open sores from the salt, chained at the ankles and to each other and knowing they died in agony while you wait in the entrance to the ride. How brilliant of Disney to use a well documented place of heinous abuse of black people for a family ride!!! Imagine the merchandise that can be created and sold (especially for the Halloween nights) honoring certainly some the worst treatment of blacks in American History!!! Just keep in mine for those who don't appreciate beautiful fun Imagineering, for the squeamish, Disney has put up a sign on Tiana's Bayou stating "Salt Mines - Reserved - For Seasoned Veterans", meaning the tortured slaves.

  That can do an easy fix but they will have to close it another year for addons and more thrill. The time it will take for them to take the robots back to the computers and redo everything again.

  hi Mondo! Loved this livestream after a long day at work. Question for you- I’m planning on going to HHN on a weekday since for the last 2 years the express line has been craaaazy on a Saturday. What are Wednesdays and Thursdays like at HHN? Would you still recommend express for those weekdays? Looking forward to more of your HHN content (:

  If you do early entry on a Wednesday or Thursday I think you would be fine in doing at least 4-6 mazes or more if you stay till closing . No express needed

  Am pretty sure that one house being built in the Parisian Courtyard will be Ghostbusters. The door frame looks like the exact oval shape from the ghostbusters entrance. 😊 or if it is something Latin related, to me it looks like a church.

  Once ‘tribal’ foundational knowledge is lost it’s almost impossible to get it back. If Disneyland cuts back on entertainment and those subtle touches that separated them coupled to aging rides like Indy and rides needing new scenes like Smuggler’s Run coupled to the mixed logic of Tomorrow Land while raising prices is going to change them forever. Mgt will then all have new attitudes and whatever fans go along won’t know any better so there will no impetus to change or go back.

  Think of a music studio booth and how that sounds (very quiet). I'm sure they'll use those same components to create a sound-proof room! Will be very cool and eerie to add this to "Quiet Place" haunted house. 🔥

  Tiana's Bayou Adventure is a cheap Rain Forest Cafe and it's not as good as Mission Breakout in Disney's California Adventure and it doesn't follow the plot of the 2009 Disney animated film The Princess and the Frog and it's a bad expansion plot because it's too short and it's not a very good story for the attraction. Other than that, Disney erased history on a classic attraction in both parks in the United States and they made a lot of Disney Park guest unhappy. They should have canceled the project and leave Splash Mountain alone.
