There are very few Truckers on channel 19, in New England!

Just ordered one last night

Rt 3 is probably the dame as the rm italy rm3 or other wise known as the 520 mosfet these can do as much as 70 if set and tuned properly as safe cool setting they usually do 50 all day as individ putting 6 in is the 350 you saw

I have a superstar dual final radio. Pushing a star one pill. Driving a sweet 16. I like it. Transmit is good. And it has good ears.

I don't understand. If these are 10 meter they need a ham license. So why the instant channel 19 button? That button pretty much is just for 11 meter cb I thought. Do these radios run both 10 and 11 ???

It’s easily to convert to 11 mts Everything it’s installed already. Just need to be done by an expert or even sometimes U can do it by yourself thru a computer or tutorials or in the Manuals. They can’t sell it as 11 & 10 mts by default as it’s not allowed by FCC. They don’t want to get penalized. Gotta follow the rules. lol. Happy new years. 73’s

I use SSB a lot. So if they come out with a version with SSB I would get one. Currently have the Anytone 6666. Got the truckerized upgrades and love it. Runs my 4 pill 2879C great. I’ve been wanting a non menu type radio with an “internal amp”. But I want it to have coarse and a fine tune clarifier. The new rangers only have fine tune and you can’t get to some of the frequencies. Hope they don’t make the same mistake if they come out with a SSB version.

Unless a trucker is also a license ham it is illegal to use at full power transmit on 10 meters.

Yup had one back then. That’s all this radio is just another 48T rebadged with SS148 all the knobs mic jack is all in the same exact place as the 48T. Only difference is that the old DX 48T was using two Toshiba 2SC2290 power transistors and these uses RT’3’s

I use mine moble . I don't talk ssb while I am moble. And I do not like fm. I do talk ssb on my base unit.

Another over priced cb with finals unobtanium... Can buy a good hf set for similar money..

You did those scratches Who you, kidding I got a radio brand new not one scratch. You threw that radio around as soon as you came out of the box. Terrible You don't know how to treat radios. I'm glad you're not my technician.
