First look at the NK Forster TK Model Tenor Guitar
Музыка
I'm finally the proud owner of an NK Forster tenor guitar!
I first played one of Nigel's tenors about 7 years ago and was genuinely blown away by how good it was. It was inevitable that I would end up ordering one at some point, and this is the end result. It's loud, but with a really balanced, warm tone. There's some upgrades and alterations from the Session King model that I had played before and I'm really happy with how it's turned out. Big thanks to Nigel for his amazing craftsmanship and attention to detail, here's a link to his website with all the information on the build and specs: www.nkforsterguitars.com/inst...

Congratulations! I always thought it was such a shame that the guy whose video was so responsible for many of us ordering our own NK Forster Tenor - wasn't in possession of one of his own. That is now remedied. It is truly gorgeous and sounds tremendous. I will be looking forward to hopefully many future videos showcasing this beauty. Thanks for the inspiration.
Great looking AND sounding instrument. Looking forward to upcoming demos, Tom!

Excellent sound and playing! Hoping to get my first tenor soon! Mandolin was giving my wrist some pains.

Wow!
Beautiful sound. How much do one of these set you back? I think I need something to aspire to
That scale length is nice . I like my 23 "capo-ed to about that lenght
Gorgeous. Question - can you play tenor guitar without a pick? Do people traditionally play with a pick or finger style? Just curious!

Absolutely! It’s traditionally played with a pick but it works well fingerstyle too
That sounds delightful! What tuning are you playing in?

GDGD ish..a great tuning. I’m sharp here though so probably more like G#D# etc
Would you mind sharing what the scale is on this tenor you’re playing? Thanks.

It's a 22" scale on this one. I did consider going for 21" but this feels about right to me
