Oh man, summers can get pretty humid in Korea. I think Fall and Spring are the best times. Either way, you'll have a lot of fun.

Just got back from Korea a few days ago. I've been before this, but it was never during the summer. I was NOT prepared for the humidity even though I have always heard about it. I learned to carry a small towel in a bag. A friend also gave me a nice USB neck fan that kept me cool, which is very common for people to wear while out and about.

Summers are the most punishing, even more so than winters.

Seoul is humid in summer but not in the other season. So I recommend you visit Seoul anytime but not in summer.
