This sounds like a comedy sketch. What is wrong with simply protecting a country's borders and forcibly removing individuals back to their home country if they have no legal right to remain? If the country refuses to take them you find a way to compel them, as it is not the responsibility of another country's population to look after their citizens of another country failed by poor choices. People who get charged with low level property crimes in the UK are dealt with more swiftly and more significantly than people who decide to break in to an entire country.

What are their professions and have dine in the past? What can't the UK send them to settle in Australia, New Zealand, or even in Wakes or the inhabitated part of Scotland? The AU ought to convene ASAP to hear what Pr Kagame has to say thereon. Although Rwanda is an independent country that does not need any dictation from anyone or any country when it comes to its internal affairs. But given the current ongoing international context, whereby the scramble for Africa is becoming more fierce than ever, therefore a high possibility for the global north to transport their battle to Africa, Rwanda could have at least consulted with AU thereon prior to penning what could be considered yet another no bona fide offer?
