What do you mean your ILR expires?? ILR does not expire…. It’s forever … unless you mean your residence card that shows your immigration status … after December 2024 they won’t give any more those cards .. you will have to prove your status online .

All BRP expires on 31-12-2024 as every BRP will be converted to an e-visa. It does not necessarily mean your visa runs out. As you are a dependant, your eligibility to stay in the UK will be the same as your main applicant/spouse.You can check it on your/spouse email by typing "Permission Granted" or any related words you remember when you received the succesfull visa granded email. You will receive emails explaining how to convert your BRP to e-visa. Don't be worried,but it's better to check with people who have knowledge of it. Thanks
