First death row inmate requests electric chair

A Plant City man on death row is the first ever to demand the electric chair, and a rarely used loophole in the law may grant Wayne Doty his wish.

    “Its my crime its my life” Thats a true narcissist. Even after taking someones life he still thinks people should cater to exactly what he wants because he thinks he’s entitled to it. Did your victim get to choose the way they died? After all it was THEIR murder? So why do you get to choose your death? Make him fear the same way his victims feared

    Here’s the thing. I’ve always seen the death sentence as an easy way out. I feel the worst punishment would be growing old in a prison, knowing that no matter what you do, no matter who you beg, you will never get out. Watching day by day go by waiting until you’re old enough to die. The death penalty just hastens that process. Sounds awful.

  • @sparkplug1018

    @sparkplug1018

    3 жыл бұрын

    Thats true. But the thing about the death penalty is, you get to live in hope that maybe that appeal will work. Maybe the next one, or the one after that will work. And then when you've finally exhausted your appeals, you know you're going to die, but when? Could they schedule it for next week? Next month? A year, 2 maybe even 5 years from now? Then as they're leading the POS to the chamber, and putting the needles in (or strapping them in) theres still that last glimmer of hope the execution might be stayed. And all that hope is dashed as they feel the drugs start to take effect. And all that knowing the victims and your family is watching. So they either get a physical punishment (life in prison) or a mental punishment (the death penalty)

  • @ZacksRockingLifestyle

    I totally agree, I once got a shock off a communal lighting circuit on the ground level of a block of flats, whilst an apprentice. Same voltage in the UK as in Finland and it caught me completely by surprise as the circuit was supposedly isolated. I would never want the Electric Chair. I cannot imagine the pain that would be coming my way. I would probably shit myself. The pain doesn't just go away as soon as you remove yourself. It lingerssssss!

With ALL the assholes on Welfare that live there, all the illegal assholes that live there, its no wonder you can't walk down MANY LA sidewalks because of all the damned tents on them, that the homeless live in,its sad.
