Watch her work in an unhurried manner, especially the way she moves her hands and caresses everything she touches, and the minimal music is so good for my anxiety. Feel so calm. Like I can re-set my own sense of time and just be. It's so meditative. Wow!!!

I used to love moving into a place where I didn't have a lot of things - just a lot of space! Even though I love listing to your calming voice and often thought provoking things you say, I really enjoyed this video. I started last night and I had to stop, because it got so sleepy. Please take it as a huge compliment. My mind is racing all the time and to be calmed down to that stage, is huge! Love your new space. The ceiling hight and this gigantic window is spectacular.
